I am thrilled with these! I love not having something in my (small) ears and the sound quality is better than in ears. I did get the mini for the shorter band, but I do wish it was adjustable. Even with the mini, the band gets pushed down and the ear pieces then move further away from my ears if I'm wearing a sweater and or coat. All in all I am a fan and customer for life. Listening to music/podcasts at work has made my life much better and the battery lasts all day if I remember to turn the power off when not in use.

So far I'm very happy with these. I have used them for mountain biking, listening to podcasts while doing chores / errands, and taking phone calls while driving. The sound quality is excellent and I love being able to hear what's going on around me. I still need to turn the volume down or pause when talking to others, but I hear enough of the surrounding noise that I don't feel like I'm in a bubble the way I do with over-ear Sony or noise cancelling earbuds. Quality and fit seem very nice.

need more size options. Extra large head and still want to wear these as I exercise to be safe in my surroundings. They don't fit like they should. I would love an option 2 inches larger. The sound quality is still great and ease of setting up was good too. Just want one that fits my noggin.

I loved my mini open run Shokz. The mini fit was perfect and the sound quality was amazing. They were perfect on a 10 mile run. I wore them twice on training runs. Unfortunately they fell out of my shorts pocket at a Labor Day 5k. I was going to repurchase prior to a 1/2 marathon but locally minis were not available. I will definitely reorder again. I keep hoping that someone will return them to the race director.

This by far is the best thing that I own. I have earbuds that pop out all the the time, I have buds with wires that also fall all the time unless I’m wearing a hat or a headband. I have regular headphones that I love but the problem with that is is I cannot hear anything else that is happening around me. So with these new headsets I love them I can bend down work in the yard go for runs, walks and they do not fall off and I hear everything so well along with my surroundings

I ordered OpenRun as a runner who largely can’t run without music. These are a great solution for a lot of issues I was having with traditional earbuds, most notably that in summer months or inclement weather, they could slip or fall out. These are very comfortable by design, and the battery lasts very long. I got the smaller size and I’m very glad; the large would certainly have been too big for my head. Some folks complained about the lower quality of the bass, but I saw no significant difference. My two areas for improvement (keeping me from rating 5 stars): 1. Volume - I live in a commercial area, and when I run there are many trucks, trains, etc. passing by. While I’m sympathetic to the fact that by design these are meant for one to be able to hear their surroundings, my music is drowned out almost entirely when a truck or train passes (or frankly, even gusty winds). For me, the volume needs to be able to go louder — the point is to focus on the music and be aware of surroundings, not have the music as a background to the noise of my surroundings. 2. The control button (to start/stop/skip songs etc.) - For whatever reason, I have a semi-frequent issue of trying to pause or skip a song, and instead “re-dialing” the last phone number on my call history. I immediately try to hang up but inevitably I get a call back seconds later from whomever I’ve just called, and it ends up being quite the disruption to my run. There’s no way to turn this setting off, so it would be great if there was one button for music function and one for phone.

I love the convenience of Shokz for both work calls and for listening to music whilst working out, as they allow me to remain aware of my surroundings by keeping my ears "open". I also really like that they are much easier to keep track off than wireless ear buds and there is only one item to charge. Build quality is also top notch. Only down side is the volume limitation, which results in not being able to hear sound from Shokz with high ambient noise. Also at higher volumes, uncomfortable vibrations may be felt at the contact points.

Wearing my OpenRun headphones around the home allow me to listen to my audio programs without restricting my ability to hear others in the home, pets, door opening/closing, text alerts, and phone calls. I gifted a pair to each of my two sons so I know they can still hear me in the home, even with headphones on!

I was so happy with my SHOKZ, that I purchased a set for my husband. He loves them...he wears them during his workouts, mowing the lawn, and walking the dog. He sweats a lot and he has no problem keeping them on his ears. He is also very happy with them! Thanks SHOKZ!!

I love my new Open Run headphones! They are super comfortable, can handle sweat and rain, and sound magnificent! I work out with these, but they are especially wonderful when running outside - - they allow me to stay alert to my surroundings better than in-ear headphones.
