Had problems connecting every time I powered them on.

I eneded up returning these. The sound quality for music was fairly mediocre, fine for calls and audio books. Very comfortable. Easy to use with the exception that it took several attempts to connect every time I powered them on which ultimately was why I returned.

THese are a Miracle!

I was advised to never use "in-the-ear" headphones by my ENT for multiple reasons. My husband suggested I give these a try. When I put them on, I listened to music first, and I became quite emotional. I heard bits of music that I never heard before. Even in songs I have been "hearing" for 40 years. I am not an athlete, but I love my music and take it with me on walks etc. Phone calls are great too. AND the bonus is I don't damage my hearing. LOVE THESE!

Amazing product. I bought my

Amazing product. I bought my Shokz at a runDisney expo event before running my first half marathon. I loved them so much, my wife began to inquire about them as she had just signed us up for another runDisney half. So on her birthday, I bought her some and we both use them in our training and will use them for our races! Excellent product. I love the way they feel, sound and especially enjoy how light they are.

Mostly freaking awesome

Only 2 things would I change. 1- the size. I guess I have a large melon, cuz they're too small. I hope y'all make a large that's .83" larger than these 'uns. 2. I had hoped they would be a bit louder. Usually, they are loud enough, although, sometimes they are not. Everything else is top notch, well done! Oh, the bass is tinny.

This is not my first

This is not my first set. My husband and I have had several. I gifted my mom one set, and my son another. I purchased a mini here, and another at Beat buy. The quality of the sound is horrible. I Can hear anything when I am in a room with people. I never had this problem with other sets.

I love this concept! I

I love this concept! I am a recreational biker who is uncomfortable with noise canceling headphones while riding. I listen to podcasts more than music. These are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time with glasses. If I could change one thing it would be to remove the "beep" that sounds whenever volume is changed a notch.

I love these so much!

I love these so much! I've never run with music in the 17 years I've been running because ear buds would never stay in my ears. When I was introduced to these, I finally decided to run with music. Haven't looked back since! They are so comfortable and you forget that you're even wearing them! 10/10 recommend!! Also the safest thing on the market because you can still hear your surroundings!

Comfy and aware - almost forget you are wearing headphones

I am truly surprised at how well these bone conducting headphones work. I use them for running and I always used to be surprised by bikes or other runners coming up behind me on a trail. With these headphones I can listen to my music or podcasts and still be aware of my surroundings. They are very comfortable and I almost forget that I'm wearing them. The controls are easily accessible and the magnetic charger plug is extremely easy to hook up when charging. The sound quality is slightly less than other headphones, but unless you are an audiophile who uses an equalizer (or knows how to use an equalizer) on your stereo, they are perfectly acceptable for listening to music or podcasts while running. Phone usage seems a little less than other headphone's I've had before, but again, I'm not making a lot of calls while in the middle of a training run. If you are looking for comfortable headphones that allow you to hear and be aware of your surroundings while running/biking/etc., these are really great! You can even leave your music running and headphones on when talking to someone on the street (I used to have to hate pulling out one side of my headphones when I needed to talk to someone).

Marathon listener

I used my shockz the very first time on a recent Marathon corse. It was the best listening experience I’ve ever had. I could hear all my surroundings, the cheers and other runners while enjoying my music to get me through my run. I never had to pop a bud out of my ear and say “what I didn’t hear you” and the battery life was solid for the 5+ hours it took me to finish my marathon. I’m never going back to earbuds. The volume was perfect. It’s like magic how these things work.

FAIL - Cuts off notifications & garbles dictation

I am a big Shokz/Aftershokz fan. Unfortunately, this design is a FAIL. Shokz correction is to replace the bluetooth with another bluetooth having the failed design. Problem 1: The bluetooth fails to transmit the first part of alerts and notifications. Example: With the TalkingTime app, expect to hear, "....15 AM," instead of, "The time is 10:15 AM." You still don't know the time. Likewise, the first part of a text message chirp alert is cut off. Problem 2. Dictation to text is bad. When compounded with Siri's off-the-wall translations and erroneous "corrections," one has to turn off the bluetooth to dictate, or waste time correcting the translations. Returned OpenRun, and using the Trekz Air models.
