These headphones are great! As a woman its very important to me to be able to hear my surroundings, but I still like listening to music on runs. The OpenRun headphones let me do both! I was nervous they would bounce around but they stayed put even with a headband and sunglasses being worn as well.

I love my OpenRuns. My third set of Aftershockz/shocks. The first set I lost, the second set broke when in my luggage. (Hint: get a better case of you plan on packing this away) I’ve now found the first set but it charge and I didn’t like the multi button on the ear; too sensitive and the openrun fixed this issue. Perfect for background music or podcasts when you want to still be able to have contact with the outside world. Pop in earplugs, and now the outside world is muted and you can hear what you were watching louder; just don’t expect hifi sound with earplugs. Certainly great for watching a movie on your ipad/iPhone and laying on your side. I don’t leave home without them. Exteeeeemly comfortable. I’m ditching my AirPods as they kinda suck. If you want excellent sound quality then go for a decent over ear product. For everyday use at the gym, beach, running or snoozing, these are amazing.

I love my new Open Run headphones! They are super comfortable, can handle sweat and rain, and sound magnificent! I work out with these, but they are especially wonderful when running outside - - they allow me to stay alert to my surroundings better than in-ear headphones.

I love having bone conduction headphones for everyday use in addition to walking outside. I've even worn them on an airplane and found they were still comfortable for the long journey that I slept through. I would honestly recommend these as long as you aren't an audiophile because you won't get 'that bass' with these but you do get good everyday sound, which is all I personally need.

My favorite headphones I've ever had. The new mini version fits my smaller head better than the original size did. The sound is impeccable and the waterproof feature has me vibing with great music in the shower, sauna, hot tub etc. (not for swimming obviously). I have always hated ear buds that go directly into my ear; super uncomfortable and always fell out. I love the bone conduction so much. It is hard to believe that no one can hear my music became I'm getting such great sound quality, but it really is a private experience that doesn't disturb others. Thank you, Shokz!

I really like the fit, not being in the ear. However, if I turn them up very loud they make my ear flap vibrate and tickles. Also, I wear them at work (I'm a welder) and the ring behind my head catches on my jacket hood so I've had to adjust how I move to avoid that. The quality of sound and the fact that they last 10 hours is worth the adjustment.

These headphones are like a breath of fresh air for me. After running for years with air pods that I was constantly having to deal with, I can finally go on a run without my headphones falling out! The sound is great. And no one can hear the music…just me. I got the blue mini and just love it.

I have several pairs of Shokz products, Sportz M3, Xtrainers, OpenConn, and now the OpenRun. They are all comfortable, the sound is amazing, and the battery life is good. I chose the OpenRun over the Pro is because the water resistance is higher than the pro version, and I tend to train in all sorts of weather conditions including heavy rain. The headphones are really light, and barely feel like they are there. The sound quality is crisp and clear with minimal vibrations at high volumes. The only downside is that in exceptionally noisy environments, the sound can be drowned out, but that is not what they are designed for. But moderate noise you can still hear your music, audiobook, or podcast.

Outstanding for work and all day wear. The only thing I'm not a fan of in this model is the hard to feel (and use) the volume toggle and the button in left side (for answering phone, etc) is so flush and small it's hard to feel as compared to the Air.

Wish you could also use them for gaming. Won't connect unless use gaming app on phone which drains the battery of phone. They are great for listening to music and calls and still hear the world around you. Great for walking, working around house, etc. Pairs with bluetooth quickly. Very comfortable.
