Pros; Works quite well within its inherent design limitations. Very Good sound quality. Light and comfortable. Simple to use. Works fantastic with cell phone GPS. Battery life is good. Cons; ***Size/fit matters…try before you buy.*** Doesn’t play well with winter stocking hats or ear headbands. Not for ultra hi fidelity/quality listening if that’s highest on your expectations. Cost $$$ Yes I would recommend Shokz.

I ordered my first pair in February. I used them normally, and I charged them as instructed. After three months, the action button and the power button stopped working. I filed a claim. They sent a new pair. One month later, the new pair won't even turn on or charge... I don't understand how this product can have this many flaws. I tried to upgrade to the pros, but they won't let me. So I am now stuck in a cycle: new pair received, used, breaks, return, new pair received.... etc. I love the functionality when they work. They are a bit quiet, but they work great on my bike. I wish they had a larger size as well.

I have purchased many different brands and types of headphones, ear buds, and other wired systems for phones, music, podcasts, books, etc. For me Shokz are the best, they stay on my head and do not fall out, I can hear others talk, equipment around me, and announcements. Obviously, headphones that cover my entire ear and have larger speakers provide better acoustics and outside sound canceling capabilities for operating loud equipment , and flying. I wear my Shokz most days and while golfing, driving and when hiking.

This is my 3rd pair - just like the others they “sit” well & the sound is remarkably superb. I hope these last longer than the 1st 2. The 1st one, after about 2 yrs., lost quality of connection [sound became fuzzy]. Something happened internally to the 2nd one, again after about 2 years - sounded like there were little metal pieces that came loose or disconnected & clink against each other. Only been a few weeks and everything is GOOD.

I couldn't be happier with my Shockz, which I use daily. Easy to connect, great sound, and works perfect for use during bike rides with my helmet on. They still allow me to hear my surroundings while listening to music. Great for using around the house as well while doing chores and taking in a podcast. Highly recommended!

Once again it was a member of a younger generation who happened to mention how he loves his Shokz. I asked for details and followed up by ordering a pair for myself. My wife and I are seniors who occasionally watch and listen to different sources. Her’s do not bother me, but her hearing is so good that mine bother her. Enter Shokz! Loved my old Bose headphones but they prevented me from hearing my wife, the phone or anything else. Not anymore…Shokz to the rescue. I use them with our TV, my iPad, and for audiobooks. Such a great solution.

I bought mine because my AirPods kept falling out when I took my (Covid)mask off, causing me to ultimately loose a "pod". The Shokz get around that problem nicely. They fit securely and are very comfortable. The sound quality is fine. I like not having something in my ear and appreciate the safety in not having external sounds blocked when walking. My only quibble: I wish there were a couple of more sizes. Mine protrude enough behind my head so that they don't fit well with a knit hat on. Overall, like them a lot.

I bought these so I could hear ambient noise around me but they have surprised me with how comfortable they are to wear. The sound is better on my in-ear pods but this is still better than I expected for bone conduction. I would recommend these to anybody looking at them.

Great headset for workouts, biking, or running. No worries about sweety ears or earbuds falling out mid-exercise. Durable and water resistant. Also good to use for conference calls. I really like that my ears are not "plugged". This allows you to enjoy music, while still having awareness of what is going on around you. Much safer than earbuds. I would highly recommend these. All my family has their own set. Also, customer service is great if you encounter any issues. I had an older version that had an audio issue probably due to sweet (pre-water resistant design) and the customer service provided a new replacement without hassle.

I sweat a lot. In-ear buds usually short I 6 months… and I gotta buy new. I’ve had my trekz titaniums 3 years before the mic quit, and then one of the speakers went…. Time to get open runs…. It’s nice being able to still hear ambient sounds, like the bike coming up behind you or the car horn warning you not to cross. Once you go to bone conduction, you won’t ever go back
