After many months of fighting a low-grade ear infection from some expensive in-ear buds, I decided to try these Shokz. So very happy I did. My ears feel so much better. If I want noise-cancelling, I just put in disposable ear plugs, and these Shokz work fine for listening to music while I mow the yard. I think folks really need to know how damaging heavy use of in-ear plugs can be. I learned a lesson, for sure. These Shokz provide a wonderful alternative!

I had many, in the ears, headphone type. Inconfortable and giving me somme kind of harsh. Instead of talking about the joy to own them let's talk about the aftersales service. I have read few bad reviews but by my experience with the team called: CUSTOMER HAPPINESS MAKER is rating over many, so called: aftersales service. at the beginning the communication was slow but once that the train gets on rails , every steps went greats, because my needs under waranty was well explained. At the final point, MAY, helped me trough the process and I got more than expected. my rate would be more than 5 You can trust the headphone and the aftersales service. VERY IMPORTANT TIPS: I CAN LISTEN TO MY SMART TV (bluetooth capable) TROUGH MY HEADPHONES

They are awesome for the first two weeks then I turned them off for a second and they started to heat up then they didn’t turn on and they started to heat up more and they wouldn’t stop heating up until it was hard to touch them so I ran them under cold water and the heating finally stopped then I tried to charge them but they didn’t charge, the light didn’t even turn on so I put in a warranty claim and they still haven’t responded.

I wear my headphones to bed and set up Audible to read me to sleep for 30 minutes. When headphone strictly controls iPhone volume, one notch is too low, up one notch is too loud. When I can control my phone volume separate from headphones I can find the exact level I prefer.

I was excited to purchase these openrun after wearing them 24/7. are great to listen to music watch Netflix, and sometimes in a phone call. When calling someone you can barely hear the phone ring and when they do answer the call it very loud it just sucks to be adjusting the level of volume overall I like them they should improve on them

The AfterShokz I own seem to sound a bit louder when turning on/off. I have to adjust the placement of the earpieces more than with the previous pair. When they are adjusted, the sound is good. However, I wear ballcaps and beanies in the cold weather, and those always cause the earpiece to move. I don't have this issue as much with my old pair.

Coming from a relatively cheap part of wired earbuds to these, it was incredible how comfortable these were and with high quality audio! After complaining that my latest set of earbuds was dying again (likely from moisture exposure from sweat and running in the rain), my boyfriend got me a pair of Shokz. I tried the Titanium ones first, but those were too big so got the Openrun minis. I love them! I've been running with various forms of earbuds the past five years and have accepted the itchiness on hot days / having to take them on and off during road sections of runs to hear cars. These eliminate both! I've done several longer runs at about -3 C in the past few weeks and haven't noticed them act up from the distance, sweat or cold. I don't usually keep headphones on after running, but these ones I don't mind to leave them on. A perk I didn't expect from these, was that in the same way you can hear a car coming up, you can talk with people (or hear people warning you about the surface ahead) without needing to take them off or even pause your music. I wouldn't be surprised if my boyfriend ends up buying himself a pair soon too!

I got the Shokz as recommended by a few fellow runners and after the passing of Eliza Fletcher. They have been amazing so far! Hold charge amazingly (ran for 5 hours and the battery was still “high”). I thought they might bounce a little but nope!! And the sound is amazing even with the outside world still audible. I highly recommend them to any woman and outside runner.

These headphones were great for a couple of months. I got my first pair for christmas and used them over winter break. After break was over, they would'nt turn on. Ok, must be dead just charge them right? They would'nt charge at all, plugged them into different outlets different blocks bought a new charging cable. Nothing. Brought them back and got a new pair of a different model. Same thing, only now i haven't fully reached the point where they need to be replaced, they just last for less and less time every week. Used to last all day at school, now they last less than half and i got them a month ago. Very disappointed is an understatement.

These are supposed to be fast charging. They should be called never charging. I always put a charging I see the light come on and I expect it to be done. I come back the next day and it has no charge. I charge again and maybe I'll be lucky and it might work. I am very disappointed.
