The sectional it self is great but i received the wrong color its been two weeks the still haven't pick it up.

I love my new couch, it is beautiful except for the tear on the side of the couch. When it was delivered there was only one man and he really needed help getting it off the truck. He was very nice and was going to roll it on inside my garage until someone could get here to bring it inside. When he went to roll it inside the garage he didn't lay it down and he ran right into the top of my garage. The problem is that I just had new siding and trim put on my house and now there is a dent in the top of the garage door trim. I have always loved Sams Club, but will never buy another piece of furniture from them.

Sam's needs to update the furniture descriptions to indicate delivery is to the door ONLY. I called customer service to ask if delivery is to the door or in home setup so I would be prepared. They said in home set up. The driver arrives and asks if he should put the 2 extremely large boxes in the garage. He said they do not set up furniture, not to mention, he was the only person on the truck and couldn't lift it by himself. In addition, the chemical smell is strong. The couch is nice.

This two piece sectional is nice. I live the fabric. The extra pillow are so pretty and comfy. I like how it doesn't set right on the floor. The size is perfect. I don't like the price I think it's to pricey. I don't like how the couch set backrest is to low..

I received the wrong color. When I called customer service, they said that the item was out of stock and they took it upon themselves without contacting me about the color of the couch. They also put the couch they chose in the box of the color that I chose. All they kept saying on the phone was I'm sorry."" I will never order a couch or big items from sam club. They don't care about the customer at all.

We received our couch a little less than 2 weeks ago and we absolutely love it. The couch was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. It is bigger than we thought it would be. We were apprehensive about buying a couch that we had never sat on but it is incredibly comfortable. We could smell the chemicals a little bit but it didn't last long thankfully. Our dog loves this couch. Just about every day we get to test the stain resistance of the couch as our dog somehow always gets mud on it. Thankfully it comes right off with a little soap and water. Shipping as many have said wasn't great. The company shipping it did not communicate well with Sams and I was told 3 different dates when it would arrive. I ended up calling the freight company and they were able to get ahold of the driver and supposedly the couch was coming THAT same day I called within a 10 am-8 pm window (4th date I was told and a couple of days earlier than the anticipated delivery date ). My wife and I were at work and skeptical that this was true but my wife was able to leave early. She got to the house and the delivery truck was there and was about to leave from no response. No one, Sams or the freight company, said anything about the couch needing to be signed for. Thankfully for us, my wife was able to sign for it and the couch was successfully delivered. Sams still says my package is in route... The freight company said they tried to call me but I never received any calls from them. If you buy this couch, contact the shipping company directly for any and all shipping updates. Other than shipping we love the couch.

The back frame came broken and the connector was missing. We called the “missing parts” line and they said they couldn’t help us because it was broken. We called Sam’s Club to replace it and they said we had to bring the couch in. Since the item was out of stock at the store, they said they couldn’t replace it. The couch was super comfy but a hassle due to the fact that it came broken and with missing parts.

We got the Livingston sectional from the Lima Sam's Club. They had it on display in the store and we looked it over. It was marked down to $899 from $1100. We bought it and set it up. We absolutely love it. Well made and high quality and very comfortable. I would recommend buying it.
