We eat a lot of carrots! Roasted, shredded, salads, crockpot, steamed you name it. I had some in this bag that were a little bunged up but I washed them and threw them into the pot of veggie stock I was making. Excellent for sheet pan veggie dinner too.

These carrots are a good value, but quality can be uneven. Some bags are excellent; other are poorly cleaned, badly shaped, and not very flavorful. It is a matter of finding the good bags.

I buy these because I'm a carrot lover who also owns a vacuum sealer. I can use what I need, and then vacuum seal the rest (usually 2 or 3 carrots to a bag), and they will stay perfectly fresh for a long time until I need them.

I HAVE PURCHASED THEIR CARROTS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED. I NEVER JUST PURCHASE JUST ANY BAG BUT EXAMINE THE FRESHNESS AND CONDITION OF ANY PRODUCE.

Pinky-thin Crispak brand requires tree times the knife work for prepping and more waste, due to the very tiny carrots they pack. Larger Bolthouse Farms does not. So the latter is superior if they are stocking it. The flavor is largely the same.

They're carrots, what can I say! But the 5 lb bag is what I like! I eat ALOT of carrots, they're good dipped in cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream for a snack or cooked in the microwave.

You have to carefully scrutinize the shopping list sent over versus your order. Given the amounts bought on the list, why would anyone chose five pounds of carrots?
