These carrots are always very fresh and flavorful, I shred them for salads, we eat them for snacks. Great for adding to potatoes, and onions for the makings of a roast beef, or pork. The 5 pound bag goes a long way, the carrots are good-sized .... I have been buying these from Sam's for a long time, because of the constant state of carrot goodness, they have it going on !! ....Have a carrot today, thanks ! ........

Sweet edible carrots

Okay here’s the deal, the rating on this product is totally bogus. I don’t like vegetables, so this is as good as it gets. The overall quality is rather good and I can eat small quantities by themselves. Usually I have to mix them (vegetables) with other food to choke them down.

I was hesitant at first to buy such a large bag of carrots, but my family eats them quite a bit, so I gave it a try. I was pleased with how good of a quality they were. I find that when I buy the smaller 1 or 2 pound bags I always end up with tiny, barely-worth-it carrots, but not so with this big bag.
