Great quality apples

My apologies I wasn’t impressed tasted like the ground of dirt.

We discovered Ambrosia apples while apple-picking in NC. They are sweet and super crispy with a thin (not tough) skin. It is rare to find them in the store so we love that we can stock up during our Sam's shopping trip.

Every time I buy fruit, especially apples, it arrives inedible, instead of throwing the fruit away, it is sent to us. I have been happy to deal with Sam's Club for years.

Got home and the next day my daughter went to cut her apple and there were worms in it! We love these apples only ones my kids will eat but this turned us away from. One angry momma

We normally buy the Honeycrisp apples, but to save a little bit of money we decided to try the Ambrosia apples. I can assure you the savings isn't worth it! There is little taste, except when the apple has a bad spot in it. If you try cutting out the bad spot it doesn't help, the bad taste permeates the whole apple. They also seem a bit more likely to bruise compared to Honeycrisp apples, because about half have a bruise ranging from 1/4 inch to about 1.5 inches, every single one has proven to be inedible. Don't waste your money, and I'll be returning the remainder. One last question, why can't I put in zero stars???

These are my favorite apples now. They are really sweet and very juicy! One of the reasons that these are my favorite besides the taste is because they aren't that hard and easier on my aging teeth. They still have a nice snap to them and are slightly crispy. Great for snacking or breakfast on the go!

My sams club stopped carrying them about a year ago and nobody seems to carry them. Some times I can find them in the grocery but not every week. Now that I am moving and there is not a sams close to my new house I will be canceling my membership.

Best tasting apples I've ever purchased. Definitely will continue to purchase these every time I shop at SAMs.

My b fac apples are green, honey crusp, ambrosia and pink lady. The apples must have been old. They were so dry and mellow. Total waste of money
