I am not sure why some people have leakage challenges with this showerhead. I installed it in under 5 minutes! Removed old showerhead, ran water for 5 to 10 seconds as instructions mention, put on plumbers tape and screwed on this new showerhead and it works perfectly! No leakage! All the various settings are wonderful! The water pressure was a little weak so I removed regulator like somebody else said, and now water pressure is perfect! Definitely a great value!

Nice variety of spray patterns. On the primary, full-face spray mode, you will get deposits from hard water that divert or obstruct water flow eventually if you don't filter the water feed. No leakage/drips from the attachment point at wall pipe, and I've got good pressure/effect from every output setting except 'waterfall' mode, which is designed to be relaxing and spa-like; it is very calming and provides a nice counterbalance to the other spray modes, which are generally all quite 'invigorating'. You can mix the outputs/modes to balance the pressure output if a specific mode is too strong by itself and you want a more calming experience. You can save yourself a lot of grief by installing an inline shower filter (Sprite filter is what I use for years now), as this improves poor water quality dramatically, which softens the water for better skin health & hair cleansing, and keeps your fancy shower head from clogging with minerals. Be careful not to allow the teflon pipe tape go past the threads, as that stuff will clog up the opening inlet and reduce the pressure; it just needs to be on the threads to reduce friction and allow for a better seal against the threads. If the shower's outlet pipe has worn/corroded threads preventing a good seal, the outlet pipe can be replaced fairly easily, since it just threads into the water pipe in the wall, etc. For optimal water flow, ensure the 0-ring inside of the connection is fully seated prior to connection; if it is out of place you may get reduced pressure output from this fixture.
