These glasses don't hold up well. The glass is paper thin. They all developed ceacks and broke within about 6 to 8 months of normal use. Glass quality and temper is very poor. I've had light weight glasses (still have) that are over 10 years old and have held up. Junk from Sams...

We switched almost entirely to "stemless" wine glasses some years ago. We have been using Riedel "O" glasses, and needed a few replacements. I was checking Sam's Club and found these. These look like the name brand glasses and cost under $2 per glass (the Riedel glasses cost $12-13 apiece), so I bought a set figuring i didn't have much to lose. In fact, I'm very pleased with these. A casual observer wouldn't notice any difference these and the name brand glasses, and if you set a table with a combination of these and the name brand glasses few people would notice. Side-by-side, the MM glasses are slightly smaller and noticeably heavier. The extra weight seems to be in the base of the glass, and this may make the glass less "tippy." Like the more expensive glasses, these have the appearance and feel of nice "crystal" (as opposed to the heft and thicker glass of a water tumbler). I'll order more of these to have on hand in case of breakage and to accommodate larger groups. Highly recommended.

We received our shipment today. Two of the glasses had small chips on the rim. Very pretty. Also, very lightweight and very fragile.

I'm very disappointed in these goblets. The glass is very thin, the opening circumference is very small, and sharp at the lip edges. They're just not safe to use or to drink out of. I got better stemless goblets at the dollar store that are a smooth & well done with thicker glass that is sturdier, and they have a bigger opening & base. The dollar store goblets are much nicer than these inferior Sam's club goblets - which are twice as much money! They are going back ASAP. DON'T RECOMMEND.

I disagree with other reviews that say they are on the thinner side. I was hesitant to purchase them because of the reviews, but there was a box already open in the store and I was pleased to find they are a decent thickness. I was even loading them into my dishwasher and I managed to absolutely bash the side/top into the underside of my stainless steel countertop and the glass did not break! Not a chip or even a scratch! Very happy with the quality and I am glad I bought two sets.

Just used them last night for company and they immediately commented on how nice the wine glasses were. They are beautiful. Don’t hesitate to buy, this is a great deal.
