Sams' Club: Please update the listing to specify that only products purchased at Sam's club qualify for this warranty. I found that out after purchasing it. I wish I could get this product since it's a great deal!

I bought a 5 year plan when we purchased our phones at Sams. It was 19.99 a month. We'll I paid on it 2 years then I broke the screen on my phone and file a claim. No matter what I did they never could receive my receipt. I uploaded to the app, I called in and got an email address to send it to and they still said they never got it. 2 years at 19.99 a month and I can't even get a $50 reimbursement. Complete waste of money. If you are looking for a phone protection plan. I would look somewhere else because you are throwing you money away on this.
