Awe man!!! Gotta order more!! Mmmm!

Once you get the hang of baking them, and the right size pan, you will become the most famous mom on the block for these things!!! They are worth the price, chocolaty but not mushy, not overwhelmingly sweet, and my friends and family loved them. Only problem, we ran out. Gotta order more.

Happy husband

These muffins are my husband’s favorites. Now I bake up 8 at a time. Then I freeze them, in a sandwich ziplock bag and he eats them right out of the freezer. He is a happy camper.

Very practical

Before I used to buy muffins in the bakery, but since I found this product is perfect for everything. I cook only the amount I needed. With a little trial and error when I baked, now I am able to control calories intake and portions.

At LAST!!

Sam's FINALLY put up a picture other than just the box and tiny description that says to order more than 24 hours in advance! Truly, others' frustrations about this product was probably due to the lack of ANY details in the description nor the picture. So...they are raw dough. The plastic holder tray the muffins are packed in cannot go into the oven so you will have to buy muffin tins for the xl muffins (or big muffins, or whatever they are called). They do not fit in the muffin tins that hold 12 muffins in the approximate 9x13 inch pans most of us are used to using. The muffin tin I bought for xl muffins online doesn't quite hold them if they are totally frozen. My tins are made for muffins that are smaller at the bottom and go bigger as they go up. There wasn't a huge selection so I got them anyway. I can just pull out a tray and let them thaw a bit and then put them in the tin. If you do not want to buy a muffin tin, I also tried a jelly roll pan which worked but really spread them out (and they were square, of course). I think a cake pan would to better keeping them tall enough to seem muffin-like but not sure the best number to put together and, again, the muffins would be square. The biggest plus, for us, is these are SO MUCH MORE DELICIOUS than the chocolate muffins you can buy at Sam's bakery. Is it because I cook them at 375 on normal bake (not convection) until a toothpick into the center of the muffin comes out clean? (usually between 40 and 50 minutes, depending on how many times my kids open the oven to peek). The box says 425 and has different instructions for convection. Who knows but...DEE-LISH-US! I assumed they were the same recipe but these seem more chocolatey and decadent. I also just get one box and it lasts us a while so I don't have to make so many trips to the store, or only have to head to the dairy and produce sections, etc. I'm not sure the home-baked ones are as big as the ones you can buy in-store but since they are a bit cheaper and are so much better, we don't really care. 5 stars for the muffins The description and photo previous were awful (and I tried to ask a question if they were raw, came with a muffin tray to cook them in, etc and Sam's denied my question?). Luckily, they finally have a little more info. We will keep ordering these, for sure!

NOT BAKED MUFFINS!!!!!!

Did not realize they needed to be baked. They look baked in the photo. They were delicious but we were in a panic when we opened the box and they were unbaked.

Delicious!

So good. But you need a 4" pan to fit the muffins. Look for a "bun" pan rather than a jumbo muffin pan.

Great tasting muffins

Did not realize they were frozen, but you need to thaw them out about 30-45 minutes to fit in xl muffin pans. My grandchildren love them
