I think the chair is great but if you are looking for a beach chair it's really heavy. It states 18 pounds but it's really 20 pounds which isn't much heavier than stated but after taking it to the beach and carrying it around i will be looking for another chair that's a little lighter.

After the second use, one of the chairs had a nut come loose and fall off of the arm near where you'd rest your hand. It's also happening on the other side as well, we are missing the nut from it falling out. The mesh where the back of the leg would be along the edge near where the lacing is is gapping and showing stress on both chairs and neither chair has been sat in more than 5 times each! The piece for the footrest is annoying and just spins around. Locking system is very inconvenient and doesn't work well. I really want my money back! Going to be asking to see what my options are

After a few months in the Arizona sunshine, these chairs look the worse for wear. They've hardly been used, but the brown-tan color is unevenly fading and the strap that should hold up the neck pillow has stretched to the point that I have to gather several inches into a safety pin to keep it from slipping down. I'm returning these.

These chairs are filmsy and have started to rust after using them for 1 month.

Nice chairs. They are lightweight and easy to handle. And Sam's made them easy to order.

Great product. Very comfortable. Wish it would sit up a little better but otherwise wonderful.

It was too heavy and bulky for me to handle. I returned it yesterday!
