Great value

Great for the price.

I like Del Monte canned corn and have purchased regularly through the years. I like the convenience of buying an 8pk at a time and appreciate the lower price through Sam's Club. However, the amount of dented cans per box and to the extent the cans are damaged it is no longer a savings. Through Sam's the cost is .97 per can and at the local grocery store 1.18 but I end up throwing away at least two cans due to safety concerns that brings the price to 1.29 which is more expensive than just purchasing at the grocery store. I get that there is going to be some dented cans and that is where the savings probably comes from but to the extent of damage to some of these cans Del Monte is not being safe and needs better quality control. I do not want to worry and risk a case of botulism when feeding my family from rusty leaking cans.

I like this because I get more for the money and it saves me from having to go out every week and by it because we eat a lot of corn.

Every can is dented, the same with the green beans-should be disclosed that it is a scratch and dent item

Metal canned goods always arrive damaged and containing dents. About 40% in each package are damaged. The food could be dangerous to consume as internal damage to metal cans is hazardous to your health.

The cans were all dented. One was even broke open inside there was mold growing in the box and the cans were all rusted and I live far away, so there is no way for me to return. Tried to send an attach a photo, but it would not let me.
