I bought this a couple times and every can I open has a few nasty pieces inside. I stopped for a year then bought it again and still the same ugly pieces inside. At this point, I cant trust it.

Cans were pretty banged up and 8 pack box of corn was broken open, even though the shipping container was intact. This was a first !! One of the cans had no label on it.

Found many dented cans in a box that had no signs of damage so it seems that the packaging company was placing these cans in it and Sam’s doesn’t know it!!!! What a disappointment!

The corn itself has very good flavor. I am deducting a star because the last two times I’ve ordered this in my curbside order, several of the cans have been dented. A dent in the middle is no big deal, but these cans will be crushed at the edge where the seal is found. I’ve been told to avoid those cans due to broken seals that might allow bacteria into the cans.

regardless of the "brand name" and all. I'd much,much rather have corn on the cob. Hot, buttered, and salty! Canned is the resort of people who're long gone from the farm or who've no knowledge, access to gardens/gardening. Nothing beats fresh picked, piping hot, buttered, salted corn on the cob!

I love corn, so to have it so easy to reach for in the pantry on a shelf. This leaves more room in my freezer for other things. The packaging is easy to recycle. Happy not to add to the landfills n cut down on energy costs to keep frozen for club, transport n for storage.

There is not a whole lot you need to do with these after you drain them and rinse them. I heated mines in some butter and salt and pepper. Sometimes I add them to my rice, that's the cream of the crop there! I made a breakfast bowl using Del Monte corn, red potatoes, eggs, bacon and colby cheese. Or and don't forget the fresh chives and sour cream to top it off. It was slap yo mama good!

I received this item in a box with my crockpot. The box that held the 8 cans was damaged. It was like something had leaked. One can was so dented it was bulging on both ends. That instantly went into the trash. Another can was dented a little bit. The leak didn't happen in the box it was shipped in as there was no sign of it having done so. Whoever picked this item to be sent didn't care what the customer was getting. Shame on them. I will not be ordering any canned items to be sent to me again. I'll go some place local, even if it does cost a bit more. The corn though was perfect for my homemade cream corn. Thank goodness I only lost one can as this was for a huge batch of the cream corn.

The Delmonte can corn is always good, the problem was getting it delivered. My order through FedEx was lost in which I tracked practically every day as it sat in one location until finally I contacted FedEx and they told me to reorder since they had no idea what happened to it . One big hassle I didn’t need and and the event I bought it for came and gone.

Sweet corn is a family favorite it and we try to keep this in stock at all times. This was hard to get for a little while but now back on track we are hoping it stays that way because it has a great taste and it is convenient. We just cut a slot for one can at a time to slide out as needed for meals and it take up less space in the pantry storage area in its own box.
