I add a packet to a 12 oz glass of seltzer or plain water. It satisfies my need for flavor and there are ZERO calories. (No sugar substitute either)

Love the taste. It is aptly named, as it has an excellent lime taste. The convenient packaging makes it easy to use.. The price is more than fair.
