Chairs arrived as expected and undamaged packaging. Assembly was quick. Chairs are durable and a perfect addition to our front porch. We bought same chairs in navy 1 year ago for around the firepit. They and have stood up to the elements and look as good as when purchased.

We ordered four of these and they arrived within a week. They were well packaged in a heavy duty cardboard box with plenty of Styrofoam to protect the pieces. The directions were okay, but you need to look at the diagram real closely, I put the legs on the opposite side the first time and the arms didn't fit. Something just didn't seem right ..... I figured it out before I screwed them together and after re-looking at the diagram -- all is good. I was working alone, so putting the back on was a bit of a challenge to get the screws into the cross piece. I had to hold it up and try to get the holes to align while feeding in the screws....try to get a helper for this part. All in all, each one took about 10 -15 minutes to unpack and put together. (I used a cordless drill to drive the screws. A 5/32 Allen head bit worked great) The material is solid -- no hollow parts. The seat is slightly reclined, but not enough to make it difficult to get out of and I really love the cup holder. The color is a bit different than the picture but they look great. We're going to order two more.

I was a bit apprehensive but knowing I could return to my local club helped. They arrived in boxes Unassembled and were really heavy. We put them together quickly and they are pretty and super sturdy. Put them on our dock and hopefully will last a long time.

I bought 4 of these after looking at local garden centers and researching online. Fortunately, there was one of these on display in my local Sams Club and I was able to see the quality, weight and construction prior to purchasing. This allowed me to compare to those selling for $250-$400 a chair at other places. Hands down, these chairs were a great value, just as solid as the higher priced chairs and more than served my needs. They arrived 2 days (with no shipping charges since I’m a business plus member) directly to my doorstep — no hauling or loading! I was able to assemble them myself with the Allen wrench provided in about 25-30 min/chair. They went together very quickly and I’ve been so happy with this purchase!

5 stars plus!! Beautiful Chairs!! Very sturd. Just what I was looking for. Super easy to put together. Maybe took me 40 minutes to put all 4 together. Took the longest to get the pieces out of the packaging. They come very well packaged. If you have been searching for an Adirondack Chair this is it!!! I also bought the matching side tables that go perfectly. Not to big and are perfect height. If you end up snagging thses when they are on sale. You will feel like you got a steal!

After doing much research online, as well as shopping locally, I decided to take a chance on ordering four of these Adirondack chairs. They arrived within a few days and were in good condition upon unpacking. Assembly took about 10 minutes per chair with no problems. We ordered the color called teal but to be honest it is more of a BLUE that leads a tiny bit towards aquamarine. The chairs are comfortable for both myself at 5‘8“ and my husband at 6‘4“. Both of us are “not skinny” (LOL!) and yet we feel that the chairs are solidly supporting our weight. The composite material they are made out of is smooth on your skin, too. Even when the wind blows pretty strongly, they do not move. We added a few decorative pillows for color and a little lumbar support as well. I would definitely buy these chairs again and encourage others to do so, as well.

Very nice heavy duty chairs. Won’t have to worry about the wind blowing these. Also very comfortable seating. Don’t seem to sit as low as our old Adirondacks, so easier to get up from.

These chairs are good quality composite chairs. They will not mold or get mildew with just a little care. They are nice and heavy. We live on a lake and needed some heavy chairs so the wind wouldn't blow them off the dock and these have held tight in gusts over 25 mph. They are not the quality of material of a Pollywood chair, but we were able to save almost a hundred dollars per chair so for us it was well worth it. They were shipped out shortly after we ordered and were delivered undamaged. It took about 10-15 min to put each one together but was pretty straight forward and easy to do.

The Good News - very solid chairs as expected, relatively easy to assemble, good instructions. The Bad News, each chair comes with a call the manufacturer for missing parts. We had problems with the right armrest of 2 of the chairs, whereby the bolt which is embedded in the arm, came out during installation. When I called the manufacturer, they said we no longer have parts for the product, call Sam's Club. When I called Sam's club, they graciously offered a full refund. However, what I wanted were 2 new chairs or at at least the arms. Since they were in high demand and seasonal, the suggestion from the 800 number of Sam's was to check the website and/or call weekly to see if the chairs in teh color we needed were available. Does not seem like the ideal customer service solution.

The finish was rough and looked half done. We put the chairs together and found that some screw holes were not drilled correctly and the pieces that hold the screws in place were not in the holes, so the screws didn't hold the chair pieces together. We returned the chairs and will look elsewhere. Very, very disappointed!
