These pastries could have been incredible… if they actually had filling. What we got felt like the very end of a production run where the baker decided, “eh, close enough.” The dough itself was great flaky, crisp, clearly done right but the fillings were basically a rumor. The queso one was especially disappointing: zero cheese flavor, zero richness. If you're going to sell filled pastries, they should, you know… be filled. Right now it feels like they forgot the most important
