We bought New Age furniture for our production warehouse and love the modern look of the cabinets and how sturdy they are. We moved them multiple times to rearrange everything and never had an issue, great quality! Customer service is great, and we always received prompt replies to our inquiries.

Where do I start... I ordered some NewAge Pro garage cabinets. First, my order took over a month to ship as some items were out of stock without the website indicating this. I finally received a phone call from a nice mine a few weeks later explaining the situation. He indicated they would ship part of my order first and I would need to wait for the rest of my order later (it's been 10 weeks). When I finally received the shipment, this is when more issues arose. First, the pallet was dropped off in my driveway with two more pallets on top of it, completely shrink wrapped. There were three visible boxes on the pallet, two large boxes with my NewAge tall cabinets and a small box of parts. Upon removing the shrink wrap, I heard a thud as the worktop fell onto my car, denting the fender. There was no warning label or paperwork indicating there was a worktop located in this position or to take caution. It was also not strapped like the other boxes were. There was no paperwork indicating how many boxes were on this pallet. In addition, one of the cabinets came in with a perfectly fine box but inside I found the cabinet doors were crushed in. Another cabinet had the hinges drilled in the wrong position which I had to address. It's been taking 4 weeks of back and forth just to get this resolved. I'm told a new cabinet is being sent but nothing will be done about my car and I'm still left with an incomplete set because Garage Giant can no longer get one of the cabinets. Horrible experience as NewAge and Garage Giant continue to go back and forth with no solution. I should have bought from somewhere else.

I bought this in February 2017. It was shipped faster than I expected which was great. When delivers, there were no signs of any damage. All items were in very good condition except the stainless steel counter. It looked like it was poorly made at the factory since the box it came in showed no damage. Fast forward to March 15, they had to ship me 4 other stainless steel tops before one arrived that was in good condition. The final one although had a couple minor imperfections along the edge, I decided to keep it anyway since I didn't want to have to continue receiving replacements. New Age Products was supposed to initiate an order to UPS to pick up the bad tops, however, a week after they said they would do this, nothing has happened. Overall the quality of the units are very good and I would recommend them to others, but beware of the followup service. I'm still waiting for them to pick up these counters that are very heavy and 7' long.

I bought two of the 9-piece Pro Series Cabinet sets. They were well packaged. I had one minor piece damaged and they sent a replacement. I was very happy with how they responded to that problem. They are heavy and it worked better with a couple of people to install. Not hard, but it was a lot of work. They are working out extremely well and so far, they are doing everything I had hoped. To be critical, the only minor issue believe it or not was the washers in the hardware kit were occasionally out of spec and too small to go over the bolt. Easy fix, but I wanted to give you the whole story. I have a couple other areas that I can stick a couple cabinets, and I for certain will be getting more of the New Age Cabinets to fill the spot. You will love them!

So I ordered the 9 piece Pro Series red cabinets with the bamboo work top in Nov of 2021 and was given several ship dates. Due to Covid materials shortages (understandable) i ended up not taking delivery on the cabinets until April of 2022 and I wanted to wait a few months to give an honest review after using them for awhile. A little info on myself, I have been a professional mechanic for 30 years and have built both custom cars, motorcycles, and boats over the years and I demand the best in my tools and organization in my workspace. I began building my “dream shop” last year and did tons of research on what cabinet systems to purchase and kept going back to these New Age Pro cabinets especially after seeing them in the shops of several nationally reknowned car and bike customizing shops on television and online. As I said the order took quite awhile to arrive but New Age was constantly emailing and updating me on the order process delays which was really nice and kept me at ease. I had called at one point to see where we were at with shipping and the rep couldnt have been any nicer to me, he took the order number and was having some computer issues and said he would call me right back. I thought “yeah, ok” but 15 minutes later called back with all the info on the order. That is some great customer service right there. They texted and emailed me when the delivery was scheduled and their shipper was amazing also. On delivery day instead of dropping them at the end of the driveway they were able to load it right into my shop since I was solo and the pallets were extremely heavy to move. I unboxed them and I have to say i was shocked at the incredible quality of the cabinets, it was far beyond what I had expected at that price point. The cabinets are very heavy duty steel panels, all quality welds, and heavy duty hardware is included. They are pretty time consuming to put together but well worth the time. I assembled these myself but I would definitely recommend a helper, especially if you are not used to moving around heavy things by yourself. The colors on all cabinet doors matched perfectly and the fit and finish is top notch. Soft drawer and door closers surprised me as its not common except for my Snap-On tool boxes. The bamboo work top looked great and is really heavy and thick with a quality finish on it. The shelves are super quality, i have them pretty heavily loaded with no distortion or sagging in them. The keys that were included all matched so only 1 key locks all 8 cabinets securely with a full length door lock which was really useful for me. Aesthetically they look really nice in my new shop and again the quality is amazing. My neighbors and many of my mechanic friends spent quite a bit of time admiring them and everyone has been impressed with the build quality. I cant say enough good things about these cabinets, if you arent sure I can assure you that you will pretty happy with these as I am. Great job New Age, alot of thought and engineering really turned out a superior product.

I installed the NewAge cabinets to fit my garage walls so that everything would fit perfectly. Everything was installed off the floor and is great when cleaning the garage. Since this was a remodel of an existing garage, several locker cabinets covered the existing electrical wall outlets. I added new outlets above those cabinets before the install by just fishing new wire vertically from the existing outlets. I needed power for electronic hubs and satellite routers. the cabinets allow for a garage that is not only functional, but is also uncluttered and looks great.

I bought this cabinet last week, I also have the previous style Pro Series wall cabinet for comparison. I really like the improved shelf supports. They are more traditional shelf supports. They are adjustable in approximate one inch increments with four removeable metal supports, one at each corner, that hook into place. The old Pro Series had built in metal tabs that were spaced farther apart so it gave you less height adjustment options and the tabs bent out, were sharp, hard to use and scratched up the shelves quite a bit while trying to adjust. The new hinged doors aren't all that great. The soft close feature is okay but not really necessary in my opinion. I say this because the trade off is that the "fit and finish" with this new hinge system is not as precise as the old Pro Series hinge system which is apparently much more precise. The old doors weren't "soft close" style doors but they swung very smoothly on the hinge system and closed shut very nicely and held tight with the same magnet system as the new cabinets. The mounting system on the new cabinet is improved as it comes with two brackets that are mounted to studs prior to lifting the wall cabinet in place. Once the brackets are in place it is very easy to lift the cabinets and hang them from the brackets. This holds the cabinet in position while affixing the wall cabinet, with the four lag screws supplied, to the studs through the perforated back of the wall cabinet. The wall mounting system is the same as the old Pro Series (four lag screws through perforated back of wall cabinet). Lastly, I have had less than stellar results on the packaging of cabinets and contents on both purchases, old wall cabinet and new wall cabinet. Each time the cabinet was shipped with the shelf or shelves inside the cabinet and unsecured and without any protective packaging. The only thing inside the cabinet to offer any kind of protection during shipping was a medium sized block of styrofoam that didnt do much at all to prevent the shelf from flopping around inside the cabinet and scratching up the interior of the cabinet and the shelves. I thought it was a packaging fluke when I received the first wall cabinet (old style) but when I placed my second order for a new style Pro Series cabinet, that one came packaged with the same poor quality of care. The cabinets are high quality and more expensive than a lot of others so I would expect that extreme care would be taken in packaging so shelves are not permitted to bounce around inside cabinets while in transit. Due to the less than perfect fit and finish of the new Pro Series door hinge system and the poor care in packaging cabinet shelves for shipping in order to prevent scratch damage, I have to give the Pro Series a 3.5 out of 5 star rating instead of a 5. My recommendation to New Age would be keep the old hinge system for quality of fit and finish on cabinet doors and improve packaging of shelves by wrapping them in protective foam and placing them in individual cardboard boxes to protect both the shelves and the cabinet during shipping.

Solidly built and being used as my kid's art cart. I opted to add the stainless top and casters so my kids could have a mobile art station...it is working perfectly. When they aren't using it...I use it as a mobile workbench. The welded construction makes it rigid as I was worried about the structural strength but very happy with the durability. The Drawers are super smooth and hold a lot of weight. Highly Recommend!

After a garage fire, I decided to finally build the garage of my dreams. These cabinets were the perfect touch. Very nice construction, easy to assemble. This large base cabinet is perfect for all my drills and chargers as the shelf slides completely out allowing me to easily grab what I need.

I did a lot of research and shopping, both in stores and online, and this was the best overall value I found. The order processing went well, Customer Service went the extra mile to credit my account when the online application failed to pickup the updated price. The equipment arrived promptly, and it was well packaged. Other than a few minor cosmetic dings, reasonably expected, everything arrived in great shape. All of the drawers and doors work smoothly, and the assembly/installation instructions are very good. One comment to note if you're shipping to a residence. The package comes neatly packed in two large boxes (about 500 lbs each). It's a great way to minimize shipping expense and risk of loss or damage in transit. You'll need at least two strong people to help you manage the unloading and separation of the various small cabinets which are neatly and securely packed into the two large cabinets. All in all, this was a great purchase for me, and I recommend it for your garage needs.
