[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I need to begin with the delivery process. I received a phone call letting me know they'd soon be calling to schedule delivery. I received that call a day or two later and was given the option to confirm, reschedule, amd get updates via text. Very important for me since my schedule is crazy. They also call you 30 minutes before they arrive. The gentlemen that delivered were polite, professional and helpful. The mattress; first of all I have to say I was pleasantly surprised the mattress had no plastic-like odor to it once it was unwrapped so that was a pleasant surprise. The mattress was better than I expected. It's a true “plush”. I sink in but it's also sturdy, I can't imagine there will be any sagging for many years. My son and I were playing around with one of the dogs on the bed, and I noticed that when he was roughhousing with the dog, the side I was lounging on didn't really move at all. BONUS! I surely wasn't expecting that for a plush mattress. All in all, five stars. Completely recommend.

I'm a pretty light sleeper. I wake to every sound. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This mattress has helped tremendously. I think a huge part of the comfort is the “cooling“ feature. I get very hot at night especially sleeping with the hubby and 3 dogs. This mattress is soft yet first, cooler than my previous and my husband and I give it a huge thumbs up! Thank you Beautyrest!

I used to have back pain every day when i woke up but because of the support i get from this Mattress i wake up pain free. The bed hugs up in all the place a normal Mattress does not. I was a little worried it would dip in from sitting on it for a long time and would not go back to form but i was wrong it is perfect so far. I love this.

It's still too firm for our liking but you can't feel the other person moving abound, so I do really like that about it. . Bought a memory foam topper hoping it helps. For those of you, who like form, somewhat soft, this is definitely the mattress for you. I don't regret buying it by no means

It provides great support for my back without being too hard. The cover is soft and it's really nicely made. As you can see from the picture it's the perfect thickness, I don't need a ladder to get into my bed. Very nice mattress

I have to say I was a little leary of a bed in a box but I was pleasantly surprised. This has got to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I sleep through the night with out waking up achy and sore. It is amazing! Thank you for this testing opportunity. My daughter is already begging me to get her one too! I highly recommend!!

I've been using it for about 2 months hoping to break it in but it is just a bit too firm and uncomfortable. I thought I would like the coils but after just a couple weeks I could already see the edge of the mattress starting to sink and would not regain its original shape even though I only sit on the edge very briefly upon waking in the morning. Rather disappointed with this mattress from a previously tried and true brand. Hopefully future mattresses will be constructed with more durability.

The bed is firm, but has the right support in all the right areas as you lay from your back to your sides. I have had the mattress for about 2 months and Im sleeping amazing i highly recommend the bed to anyone.
