I have been buying Bounty for years and just recently the past 2 6 packs I have bought are not as thick they are definitely not as absorbent as they used to be so I think I will be buying a different brand since I was paying extra for Bounty and now that they have changed to worse its not worth it to spend the extra money on them. Please change the thickness back to how they used to be! So disappointed in Bounty!

Bounty- Do you know why people were willing to pay a high premium for your paper towels? Because they were worth it. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE! I have been using bounty exclusively for 35 years now. The reformulation is a disgrace to your reputation. Cheaply made, Thinner, less absorbent, scratchier. I will no longer purchase your towels. This is ridiculous, go back to your old formulation.

We've used select-a-size for years BUT we are extremely unhappy with the new larger size sheets. Almost the size of full sheet. The old, smaller size, were much better when you needed a small amount. I'm sure someone at corporate level came up with the idea because it sure wasn't the consumer. On the other hand, I'm sure they are selling more towels now, because we use more. Good for Bounty, bummer for consumer.

The paper towels don't fall apart and a few sheets goes a long way. Perfect for my family! We use them to clean up messes in our home as well as napkins during our meals. I generally love the select-a-size, but the Bounty packaging is so confusing that I have inadvertently bought the regular paper towels, despite trying to carefully look at the package before I go to check-out. I HATE the regular paper towels, and now need to decide if I'm going to suffer through using 12 huge rolls of full size, or just take them to the Humane Society because I don't want to put up with them for the next 2 months. I'm done buying Bounty - been burned too many times with this and got a product I didn't want because they aren't packaged clearly. I shouldn't have to scrutinize the packaging this much just to buy the paper towels I want. I work hard enough at other things, this is ridiculous.

For the last 25 years the Only paper towel that was allowed in our home was Bounty and it saddens me to say but after this last batch is gone we will never have Bounty in her home again. Even though I knew it couldn't be possible I thought maybe we just got a bad batch but then I went to the website to see if there were changes made because these towels were so different and disappointing and I started reading the reviews. All of the complaints that other purchasers spoke of are the same as ours. Then with your replies you tell one reviewer that you haven't made any changes while telling another that you have made changes, well it's evident that you have changed the product and not for the better. I didn't mind paying more money for the quality that we got with your paper towels but I can get your new product at a much cheaper price so unfortunately we will be switching brands. So many items have changed or cheapened over the years but we knew with Bounty we were always getting a great product, it's disappointing that now even Bounty has let us down. I know for a fact you have lost a lot of business because of this and I guarantee you will continue losing customers so if this bothers you at all you will go back to producing the old product that kept loyal customers coming back for decades.

So I am an absolute paper towel snob. I can not stand touching wet paper of any kind. It is absolutely repulsive to me. So as you can imagine it is very important to me that a paper towel stays as intact as possible when it’s being used. Bounty is the only brand I have tried that holds up to my expectations every time. I’d rather spend the extra money.

We have been using bounty for years, we have also been purchasing the big 12 rolls select a size. This is the second package we have purchased that when you go to tear a sheet off, the paper towel rips in almost a shred, it’s a waste and I’m using more that I wish to. I’m very disappointed. I have used another brand which seems to tear correctly. Maybe that brand will be my new paper towel.
