I started eating sandwich thins about 2.5 years ago and my results are uncanny to say the least. I simply replaced all my bread with sandwich thins and I've actually lost weight. I've also lowered my carbs and some calories too but not a lot just somewhat. My weight loss journey has been a battle for years but I can finally say I can eat bread without guilt because of sandwich thins. I have about 30 more pounds to go and I can say I've lost more weight(total) than what I actually weigh. Thank you Arnold bread makers!! I can still eat bread and still remain healthy.

Driver forgot a large container of cat litter in her car. When I went to the door I asked "where is my cat litter". She said that there wasn't anything else but would check her car. After a few minutes she found the litter and told me it had the wrong name on it. I thanked her and let her take a photo of the items. The litter had a label with my name on it
