Once you learn the limitations, such as places it might get stuck, or things that can clog it such as shoe strings, or strings on rugs. You take preventative action and it works well.

It has done a great job of keeping the dog hair picked up. It has reduced my cleaning time in half. The only frustrating thing is that it doesn't clean back and forth but randomly.

Works great and wife loves it. Love especially how you can program it to do daily cleans on scheduled time. It's nice how it notifies you if something is caught in it or "stuck in a cliff".

Really like how it cleans, with pets it does great job on hair. Has little trouble returning to base at times and wireless setup doesn't always go smooth. Overall, cleaning is great

i only use it once a week right now..it does a beautiful job. I am soooo amazed and what I love the best is when it is done, it goes back home..love watching her go back home..sweet

It just keeps saying that I have to place it to a new location and when I did it , it keeps saying the same thing over and over again. It cleans but it takes more time for it to clean than the regular vacuum.

I use it everyday. I find that my house hasn't been this clean in years. It has saved me so much time that have more time to do others things. My dog no longer freaks out like he did with my other vacuums.

It is what it is Almost returned but waited to long Bought one in 2011 it was great till 6 months ago So I bought a new one omg its horrible compared to my old one

Very nice cleaner I have a 5 year old German Shepard that sheds like crazy my vacuum is perfect for a daily clean up of the hair dose a decent job on the hardwood and tile floors

I have my robot programmed on my iPhone. She runs every night at 10pm and does a fantastic job. Once in a while I'll get up in the morning and find her sleeping under the recliner!!! I love her and when she passes away, I will get another one.
