I own a boutique with hard wood floors, brick walls and several area rugs. "Rosie" works great and every day! Unpacking clothes along with a brick wall and hard wood floors creates a lot of dust and threads - she is amazing! My store is so much less dusty and my team members can be doing more productive tasks than cleaning.

Junk. The pathfinding algorithm is extremely weak. If the machine finds itself in an enclosed space only slightly larger than itself it will bump and spin until it eats up all the battery. It has yet to complete a cleaning job and return to the charger.

We run roomba every other day. Its an "ok" vacuuming, but robot cleans in a chaotic moves, sometimes misses spots. In my opinion it's good is smaller spaces if you can really block or close doors and let him run for 10min. Good with carpet but if you have mat underneath it might have difficulty. Also my roomba is trying to get under furniture even if there is little to no space and then gets stuck.

Love that it cleans. But it refuses to dock, gets stuck on ac vents constantly, I have to go search for it. Now it's running at 4 am ( not programmed to) for no reason waking up everyone. No mater what I do it won't stop. It starts running again soon as I put it back in dock, once I find it.

SO EASY TO OPERATE EVEN MY KITTENS CAN DO IT! LITERALY! I KNEW IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY FIGURED IT OUT. THEY THINK SHE IS A PLAYMATE. AT FIRST I THOUGHT ROSIE WASN'T GOING TO COVER ALL THE HOUSE BECAUSE SHE SEEMED TO COVER SOME AREAS MULTIPLE TIMES. HOWEVER, SHE DOES COVER ALL.

I received this as a gift from our daughter. I LOVE it but was very disappointed to hear from the Roomba customer service department that it will not work on dark or patterned carpets. My only carpet is both! I suggested they put a caveat on the description of the item so people would not be misled. I suggested something as simple as an * with "does not work on dark or patterned carpets" or add "most" where they say it works on carpets and hard flooring. The rep promptly told me, " we can't put everything on the box" and "it's up to the customer to do their research!"

I have had three prior Roombas, I just wear them out I guess. I replace about every 2 years. This last purchase is very difficult to open. The wand before emptying the bin is the issue. it just does not want to open, I feel like I have to pry it open each time. Good for cleaning pet fur

I absolutely love my iRobot'!! She's a life, time and back saver!!! She does a great job on my tiled downstairs which is approximately 1650 sq ft. She is still learning to go on the area rug and sometimes get stuck but other than that I am totally satisfied. I do have a dog so pet hair is an issue but she truly gets every bit. I know this because I went and used my wet swiffer after she was done and there was ZERO pet hair left! I have to say I was hesitant buying the 675 iRobot' because it's not the newest but the price was right and I thought I would give it a try and I am definitely not disappointed! I highly recommend it to friends and family! I can't imagine not having one now.

My husband bought me my Roomba as a Christmas gift. I almost returned it. He insisted I try it, I thought there was no way it could keep the floors clean and boy was I wrong. I use it twice a week for about 2 hours and it is amazing. Just goes to show how far out dated regular vacuums are. This Roomba gets all the dust, dirt and pet hair up. I am amazed and will be a customer for life!

This thing work well and does everything that it advertises. My house is fairly clutter free with lots of open spaces but unless I close all doors to bedrooms and create barriers around my dinner table and desk it gets stuck every time. I get a notice everyday on my phone that it's stuck or that it requires my attention. Just sucks that I have to go through my house and take 10 minutes to pick everything up or create barriers in order for it to work. Does not dock itself when it's finished even though it never finishes so who cares. It doesn't save me any time and it was very expensive.
