Wasn't sure I would enjoy this blanket, but I do. It's extremely soft and on level 5 it starts getting warm in 2 minutes, and really war in 4 minutes. Turned it of and it holds heat. One night I fell asleep and woke up and it had turned itself off. It would be nice if it was battery powered to make it mor mobile. All and all it definitely does the job of warming you up.

Overall, I would recommend this blanket if you are in the market for a reasonable light weight heated blanket. It's very soft and comfortable, though you can feel the wires running throughout. There are 5 heat settings, and the blanket gets pretty warm. The one downside is heat can be uneven left to right at times. At first I thought it was just me, but a couple of my family memebers pointed this out as well.

I received this blanket on February 19th. As of yesterday it no longer works, the control box just flashes. It has not been laundered, but has been used almost daily (couple hours at a time). So, nice and soft, comfy for a short time. But 3 months is way too short of a time for what this costs.

This blanket is big and beautiful. The light grey plaid goes great with my decor. Its very soft and plush. The heating element is hardly noticable in the blanket, but when plugged in, it really hits the spot. If you're looking for a heated blanket, look no further.
