Expensive but great mattress so far. However, customer service was not as great - mainly because they have yet to even reply to my online inquiries and messages. The first delivery attempt failed because they forgot to even put the mattress in the delivery truck, which forced me to waste a day off from work. Second successful attempt was 8 days later - not a huge deal but also a bit annoying. Overall, it took a little over 3 weeks from time of order to delivery. Lastly, when I was comparing the order receipt with my bank account transaction, I found out that they overcharged me.

This Sealy mattress was great the first 5 days, but then the sinking effect started happening. My shoulder and hips have been hurting tremendously on this mattress. If you're a back or stomach sleeper this mattress might work, but I don't recommend it for side sleeping. I wake up at least 4 times a night with tremendous pain in my hip and shoulder joint now and I don't have a history of having pain/dysfunction in these joints. I am planning on returning this mattress and hope I can find a regular innerspring mattress without any memory foam. I'm baffled that most mattresses have foam in them now.

I shopped around for months and kept coming back to the firm Posturepedic Plus Hybrid High Point. I was hesitant to spend this much on a mattress, but I'm glad I did. I'm sleeping much better now than I have at any point in the past few years. I had never slept on a bed that contains memory foam and was worried that it would sleep too hot, but I haven't found that to be an issue with this mattress. The feel is firm but comfortable, no more springs digging into my hips like I experienced with my old mattress. I ordered online after trying it in a store and it was ready for delivery in about ten days. Just make sure you buy deep pocket sheets for this mattress, and you'll probably want a low profile foundation. I paired mine with the 5 inch foundation and my bed sits at the perfect height. The 9 inch foundation would've been too high. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is willing to spend this kind of money on a new mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hybrid firm mattress allows for a restful night's sleep. Appears to be well made. My issue is that it's very difficult to get the bedding on the mattress. The mattress is dense, heavy and not bendable at all. It takes both of us to get the fitted sheet on and to lift the end of the mattress to get the sheet and blanket tucked in. I was not expecting this challenge and am currently in the yes/no position of returning it. We are both active seniors, but each week we struggle. In hindsight, perhaps we should have researched this type of mattress further, but we couldn't find a retailer in our area. The on-line purchase experience with Sealy was easy and delivery was within a very reasonable time frame. The delivery service provider was efficient with the set up the new product and removal of the old.

We bought the soft and it's perfect until my husband, who is significantly bigger than me, is in certain positions lying in bed. Certain position, the mattress seems firmer on my side, which makes me uncomfortable. Also, the width seems smaller than our old mattress, but it fits the frame of the bed tight. My husband loves it.

But I do notice myself tossing and turning alot due to neck, shoulder, and back pain. That is why I give it a 4 stars out of 5. It didn't help with that issue as I hoped for. I tried all different kinds of pillows that didn't help either.

I am a 120 lb side sleeper so I purchased the Posturepedic Plus Hybrid Soft - Queen after reading numerous reviews and recommendations for side sleepers as well as taking the quizzes. It is defintely soft but I'm not sure that it is supportive enough. I wake up just as sore as I did with my old mattress. Also, it is incredibly hot and that is coming from someone who doesn't like to be cold. I haven't had a mattress with foam before and I know they retain heat, but I purchased the plus to reduce this problem.
