[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mint could be a result of having a 7+ year old mattress prior to this, but this is the upgrade I didn't know I needed. WOW. Perfect firmness and the cooling effect really makes a difference. It's a rather large mattress from a height standpoint. My dog now requires a running start to get up but she loves it too. Amazing!

I am so glad I made the decision to go out and get a new mattress! I have been plagued by back and knee problems ever since a work injury in 1990. My previous mattress was 9 years old, and had indentations due to the way I need to place my arms because of arthritis. I tested several mattresses, and found my match with the Sealy Conform Essentials - Upbeat - Firm. For the first time in years I was able to sleep the whole night through, no tossing or turning. In the morning, the mattress memory foam goes right back to its normal shape! The Sealy is definitely a quality mattress, and I could not be happier!

We had a Sealy before and knew we wanted another one, just a King size now. We went shopping and found the Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill. I know it usually takes about 2 weeks to adjust to a mattress, but we both slept like babies the first night. We found ourselves spending a lot more time in the bedroom just so we can hang out in bed. We never feel the other one getting up in the middle of the night, no motion transfer, it's that good!!!!

Ii purchased a mattress and a adjustable base. It is the first adjustable base I have purchased - it is taking me a while to get use to it and to figure out how to use it best. My only complaint is I had a terrible time trying to locate the serial number. The mattress and base were delivered a couple of weeks ago and the furniture company came back today to deliver a chair. I had them find the serial number for me. They stood the bed up on end (something I couldn't do - the mattress it too heavy for me to lift) and couldn't find it on the top end and tuned it sideways and found it on the underneath side in the middle. How on earth was I suppose to find that?

1- we are both side sleepers and this mattress is perfect for that; 2 - the edges have extra support, which helps when getting out of bed and sleeping on the edge; 3 - my husband's back doesn't hurt upon waking, as it did on our all-memory foam bed. We did get the lower profile foundation (5") as the mattress is very high. (Many comforters wouldn't fit anything higher. Our new king quilt, standard size, doesn't quite cover the foundation, so we've ordered a bed skirt.)

After returning our Sleep Number bed, we had the fortune of experiencing the Plush Sealy Silver Chill mattress. We have to say that it is truly the best world of comfort combined with non transfer movement. We will be having many peaceful nights of sleep on this wonderful mattress. It is one that also keeps the foam in it cool for a much needed good night's rest. Does not disappoint and highly recommended!

Bought this sight unseen without testing as review's were very good. So glad took the chance. This is the best mattress ever owned. Most comfortable & best night's sleep ever since purchasing. Wanted firm & it is firm but not too so, just right. Great for people with back problems.

It has a huge layer of soft cloudiness with the perfect mix of soft and hard. They weren't joking about it being a perfect medium! Had the best nights sleep and expect to keep for years to come!

We received a mattress that was defective. Both my wife and I woke up with back pains after sleeping on the right side of the mattress ( even after the break in period). The left side slept fine ( no back pains). On top of that Sealy charges 175.00 to "restock" their defective mattress. I would completely understand if the mattress was too firm, too soft, etc, to charge a restocking fee. But a mattress that is half good and the other half painful should not warrant a restocking fee so basically no warranty. I even contacted customer service and was told that it's their company policy even for defects, and nothing could be done about it. I even offered to deliver it to an authorized dealer so they wouldn't have to send a driver and charge the fee. We purchased the mattress in February, tried it for over a little over 30 days, and am still trying to get it returned and refunded in April. Completely unacceptable way to do business.

Mattress is OK. Website terrible. Could not upload the receipt when I was registering my mattress. I read where another customer was told by customer service to remove the receipt and I was able to submit & register my mattress after removing receipt. What's the point?.....
