We give these to our 4 year old granddaughter who has been suffering from constipation since she has been potty trained and they have kept her regular they work great and I love that Sam’s has them in a large bottle for a great price!!

We all need more fiber so this gives me the assurance that the kids are getting even just a little.

If you take 3-4 gummies then it’ll be closer to an adult dose. They’re delicious and they work mainly for my husband. They don’t work 100% for me but I struggle with GI issues regularly. My husband has closer to a normal GI and only occasionally struggles with needing additional fiber. So if you have a normal GI and and only struggle with occasional constipation then this product would be a great idea because it’s cheaper. It’s cheaper, it tastes good and you just need to take 1-2 more than the recommended dose if you’re an adult. No notes for how it affects children.

I found that these do not provide fiber and I threw them away. Big waste of money, do not buy!
