I love this pan. It heats quickly and evenly. The new nonstick coating stays nonstick use after use. I use it in the morning for my eggs and in the evenings for both entrees and veggies. I get a nice browning on my meat. I love a that it is a good nonstick without PFOAs. The handle is super comfortable and makes it a pleasure to use. The Italian craftsmanship really shines through.

They are NOT made in Germany, but in Italy. The pans are measured from rim to rim and not the base of pan, making the pans really small. The 8 inch pan can maybe fry 2 eggs max!

I have two Zwillig Forte pans with Ti-X non stick layer. Both pans quality is very good. They look very pro imho. However, first of all Ti-X surface disappointed me totally. It is very soft and not scratch resistant at all. I am using it exactly the same way like my old, cheap frying pan (wash it manually and use only wooden utensils while frying), despite of that, after few usages I can see very deep scratches in the surface. My old cheap pan does not have so deep scratches. Additionally, pans are very heavy, what is good in my opinion, but the problem is with handle. It looks very good, I like how it is shaped, however it is not comfortable when you try to pick up the pan, even empty. I bought Zwilling Forte pans, because I was looking for something that stays with me a bit longer than cheap pans you can buy in discounts. That's why I decided to invest my money and bought something more expensive. It seems Zwilling Forte pans were not the best choice. I am afraid I have to change pans again within next half a year. In summary, pans look good, they have thick bottom so frying is easy, however pans surface resistance is not as durable as Zwilling says. In my opinion you can buy much cheaper pans with the same quality.
