I bought three of these crewneck tees in Size S. I have a 36.5-inch bust and the size chart indicates that I should have selected Medium, but I'm pleased with Small because I like a snug fit for layering under v-neck sweaters and hoodies. If you want a loose fit, then follow the size chart in the last photo. Because the fabric is 39% modal, I recommend washing on the delicate cycle and hanging to dry. Modal tends to stretch, so it needs to be handled a bit carefully. Happy with my purchase!
