Member's Mark 11-Piece Modern Ceramic Cookware Set

I love the gold hardware! I purchased the white set and get so many compliments on them. They are non stick and super easy to clean.

These pans are beautiful  to look at and they cook perfectly.  They clean up with no effort at all. Its made cooking a pleasure.

New pots and pans

Beautiful and very useful. My husband and I are becoming empty nesters 2 down 2 to go. These are so easy to care for and they work amazing.

Love these pans, heat transfers better than expected, food doesn’t stick and easy to clean, love the strainer and how lids seal in heat.

Beautiful pan set

I am loving these pots and pans so far.  I bought the navy blue with gold trim and they are GORGEOUS!  I love the nonstick.  Super easy to wash.

Based on the cost, I wasn't sure about the quality of this cookware. So far, so good- this is a great set!

Great cookware!

Nothing sticks to this pans! Easy to clean. They are heavy pots and pans so I would suggest these for someone who likes a lightweight pan.

Amazing pots and pans

I love these pots and pans! They wash really well! I have used mine for 3 weeks and they still look brand new!! I love the ceramic non stick!

These are such nice pans! Gorgeous, clean easily, cook well. I ordered the hunter green. Such a great set! I plan on buying two more for gifts.

Gorgeous and easy to clean !

I purchase these seeing mixed reviews. Within a month of use , the ceramic pan has already been stained and also the coloring under one of the pans is starting to fade. I properly care for them. I use the correct amount of heat. I only had wash them. And I oil them every use. I contacted Members Mark who misled me on the situation. They told me that there was a glitch in their system that it will fix it, and they were going to send out replacement pans. 24 hours goes by. I get no response if they have fixed it. I get an email stating that I need to return the pans. That’s fine. But they want me to return the pans which can take over a week to get to them. Then wait up to eight days to get a refund. And then re-purchase them on my end again. So I contacted them and they said it’s a glitch in their system. So I’m confused. Isn’t that what the IT department is for. Keep in mind I have thrown out the box and also have thrown out all my pans, hoping that these would be good. It wouldn’t be so frustrating. Had I been told they were sending out replacement pans. Unlike other stores, they do not allow you to go in and replace it on site but they want you to wait up to three weeks for the total process. And the fact that they need to return me my money first before they can send out pans which I have to purchase on my own again is blasphemy. It makes the process take longer instead of doing it the proper way where they receive a return and send out the replacement. I have never had a bad experience with customer service until the purchase of these pans with Sam’s Club. You can call your local store they don’t answer the phone. You go to curbside they take hours. I do not complain. But I spent 180 bucks on these pants total and I’m supposed to cook with hopes and dreams because they cannot give out proper information. Either spend more and get the Caraways or just purchase another brand. I do not recommend these. I do not cook on the pan that is fading every day and it is already messed up. Spend the money elsewhere.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID

Absolutely LOVE this cookware! I made the comment after using it for a couple of weeks- “where has this been all my life!” It's heavy and well made. Clean up is almost as easy as wiping it clean without scrubbing. I can't say enough good things about this set!
