This Caribbean Jerk seasoning is the best dry seasoning by far… Take some Olive Oil and the Jerk seasoning combine in a bag with Chicken Breasts cut into quarters or Pork Chops cut in half, let marinate and then grill. Amazing Flavor. I also take a Sam’s Rotisserie Chicken, Pull all the meat into bite size chunks add mayo, chopped celery and Jerk Seasoning to taste(i use a good amount lol)… makes an amazing Jerk Chicken Salad…

Carolina Ales secret Jerk Pork Chop seasoning!! Absolutely delicious and if you sprinkle w EVOO & Vinegar before seasoning it is incredibly tender and moist!
