I've tried a bunch of different brands of salmon burgers, and this is the best one hands and 10 toes down. Normally, frozen patties are tiny. But these were thick and almost bigger than the bun. Did not have that "processed", compacted texture, but felt like a handmade patty. Didn't need any seasoning. I cooked it in my counter top oven and they came out Juicy and tender. But I will say they do tend to get a bit oily. So maybe a thin, nonstick coating and drain on paper towels.

We enjoy these every week. I have quit making my own.
