I recently learned about adding K2 to my D3 supplementation in order to make sure that I was actually absorbing the calcium into my bones. The last K2 supplement I got tasted horrible. This one does not. I also really like that it has the B12 in there because as a vegetarian I definitely don't get enough of that. This is not exactly candy tasty, but it's good enough and I don't notice a funny aftertaste.

I have been using this codeage liquid vitamin for about a week now and it's so easy to take and doesn't taste bad. I love that it's vegan and dairy free and you only have to take a teaspoon a day and not 3 to 6 pills. It contains Vitamin D3, K2, & B12 which are 3 things my doctor wants me to take so it's really beneficial to me. I take vitamin D and have for a while. I am glad I found this product as I prefer this format and like that I can mix it in with my morning smoothie.
