Bought the Bose SoundLink Flex Bluetooth® Speaker to replace an older speaker from a different manufacturer that was no longer charging correctly. The new Bose has far better sound quality than my old speaker. I run the speaker every work day for approximately 8hrs and it usually is still at 70% charge. Very pleased with this purchase.

I now own 3 of these Bluetooth speakers because I like them so much. The sound is very good and does not distort when I turn the volume way up. I like Party Mode, though I do have issues with it indoor because of our plaster walls. The only complaint I have with the speaker is that it tips over backwards way too easily. Luckily I’ve not had any hit the floor.

The speaker is very pretty. The lavender color is great and the fabric loop on the side of the speaker is so helpful for carrying. Unfortunately, Bose pushes you to download their app to use the speaker. This wouldn't be much of an issue, however, the speaker will not operate with the app downloaded. The only way that the speaker will connect to a device is by deleting the app entirely. This poses an issue if you're trying to use more specific features, connect additional speakers, prevent other people from using your speaker, or if you own other Bose products. After going through the entire troubleshooting process, it seems that the speaker is likely faulty and that no repairs are possible. While the Bose website doesn't seem to feature these reviews, other websites indicate that this is a common issue with this speaker, and there are no fixes besides replacement. If you're okay with risking it and potentially not having the app, this speaker may work for you. The materials are nice, it's not too heavy, connects easily to bluetooth when no Bose apps are present, and is durable enough to throw in a backpack. It's just disappointing that a brand like Bose is selling products with this issue for this much money.

Sounds amazing, the clarity and detail of the sounds from such a small scale is incredible. Bought this to replace a previous speaker I had broken of the wife’s she’s extremely happy. It’s as easy as it gets to connect and even link multiple devices together. I was surprised at how well the app and speakers connected on the first try.

Happy with the product but Bose should start to make smart speakers of this size like Sonos.

Excellent acoustics

Bought two weeks ago to take to the beach. Sound is great and the product it a good size for portability. Haven't tested waterproof capability, and can't attest to long term durability. Did buy a hard case shell for transportation purposes.

We bought this speaker a few weeks ago and are thrilled by the depth of the sound out of this little speaker. Now we can have tunes while we’re camping in the bush!

I bought it a few days ago and use it today because I had friends come over for game night, I had it behind the TV and people was asking me your surround sound amazing.
