Best sound of all the Bluetooth speakers that i own. My pops has the JBL and its almost as good.. JBL’s sound and bound quality just isn’t there for me. Bose is way ahead of this. Also this speaker does an amazing job of not distorting at high volumes. Even maxed out. Will be upgrading to the Soundlink Max whenever i catch a good sale. Very impressed!

Great little Bluetooth speaker with big sound and impressive bass for its size. Place the speaker in a corner or against a wall for a little more boost on the lower octaves. I haven't tried pairing this with a twin for a more immersive stereo sound but may actually swing for the fence on this in the future.

The sound out of it is full and rich without artificiality. No exaggerated bass like many others. The buttons are intuitive and work perfectly with my phone. The multi-point connections allow me to play anything on my phone, PC, or tablet without having to switch anything or push any buttons (so long as two devices aren't actively trying to output to the speaker at the same time.

If one is going to take the time to listen to something . . . news, music, podcasts . . . you might as well enjoy it. This little speaker system is not bashful in sharing great sound. We use this daily and are amazed at the sound quality. Super simple to get Bluetooth up and running. I now use this instead of my stereo due to the convenience factor.

I bought two to link together to fill my back yard space with beautiful sound and the stereo option exceeded my expectations by a hundred fold what a spectacular sound, love these speakers and definitely recommend these if you like clean crisp quality sound

Booming Bass reduced the review from 3 stars to 2. It's too bad the bass is so bad because the mids and highs are otherwise very good. No adjustments possible to lower the boomy bass? I had heard some similar boom on another of your product at a friend's but didn't think it would be possible on such a tiny unit.

My only complaint is that I wish the battery would hold up when I’m playing my music. It doesn’t last as long as I would like it to other than that it’s perfect for me so that’s why I bought two so that when one runs out of charge. I play the other one.

I had an old version of this from years ago. And a lot of times older stuff is build better and sounds better, but this little guy really surprised me. Bose looks to be getting back into some old habits and that’s just great for us as consumers. This is one of there best portable speakers to date hands down. And only for $150 it’s an absolute steal.

I am 73 years old, losing my hearing and thought this was a great idea to go with my BOSE 500 soundbar. However, there are no instructions nor manual, just use your "SMART PHONE"! My smart phone is only used for phone calls and messages, not internet nor anything else. I tried to hookup the speaker, but failed. I had to hire an IT tech to come to my house and hook up all my Bose speakers, properly to my main TV in the family room. The sound bar 500, small surround speakers sound really great and with the soundlink next to me, I can understand what's being said. Bose speakers are worth the price, (I also have them in my SUV), but the additional cost of installation and hookup was very disappointing. Bose should include an installation manual or at least allow a manual to be downloaded by computer. I'm tempted to remove another star for all us older, non-IT people.

I picked the bundled SoundLink Flex bluetooth speaker for a few reasons: 1-value buying as a pair 2-party mode feature allowing my music to travel in multiple rooms or Indoor-Outdoor keeping the mood going 3- water resistant for peace of mind out by the pool 4-Bose sound quality 5-sleek design 6-portable allowing for easy moving while playing 7-Bose long-lasting quality I use the speakers mostly for get-togethers, pool time, and in the kitchen while cooking. Pairing is easy, but I have had to look up the instructions a couple of times when I haven't used party mode in a while but that's just my bad memory. I've always been able to get it working. I feel confident these will last me a long time. My old portable bluetooth Bose speaker has been working for about 10 years and has been used inside, outside, garage, beach, vacations, etc. My husband claimed the old Bose as his and my JBL speaker died so I bought these SoundLink Flex as my replacement. I highly recommend Bose in general and these SoundLink Flex.
