I bought this just over a month ago and I can’t stop finding reasons to use it! The sound quality is one of the best I’ve heard when it comes to speakers of its size and price. The rugged design is also a big plus since I travel quite often. And the battery lasts much longer than what it says in the description when you’re not at full blast. Highly recommended!!

I've had mine for a couple of weeks, and really appreciate the sound quality. The Bluetooth connections are easy. I bought this to compare it to the cheap products available at the various discount stores. There is no comparison for full bodied sound than this one. One thing I would have like to have seen - or see included in a future version - is the addition of a microSD card reader. I hope readers of this enjoy their product as much a I do.

I like the sound of my bose soundlink flex speaker but I was surprised that when I compared it to the new JBL Flip 6 that the JBL Flip 6 sounded cleaner and produced more spacious audio to my ears and the JBL is a little to some louder. All of this is probably due to the JBL Flip 6 having a tweeter and the bose soundlink flex not having one. I do like that the bose soundlink flex has better bass than the JBL Flip 6. But I really really like that the JBL Flip 6 has an adjustable EQ, allowing you to adjust the bass, treble, and mids. But with the bose soundlink flex you cannot do that. I understand the bose soundlink flex has position IQ technology but what if me as the user/bose customer wants to adjust the EQ settings to my own personal liking?? As I’ve said you can adjust the EQ on the JBL flip 6 and on the similar sized sonos roam portable speaker too.

I bought it 3 weeks ago, I have used it twice and the battery doesn't last as long as they say, the sound is spectacular but if you turn the volume to maximum it doesn't even last 4 hours. I know that if I turn the volume to maximum the battery doesn't last the same but I expected at least 6 hours of battery life, because Bose says it lasts 12 hours at 65 percent. I'll still stick with it because the sound is very good but I am disappointed with the battery life.

I bought this a month ago to take to Bradenton Speedway and in spite of all the loud noise at the tract this system out performed all the other systems out there. I'm extremely impressed with the clearly of the music in this speaker. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased this speaker and have been pleasantly surprised by the range it reaches in terms of volume and sound quality. Very happy with this purchase and the cost is minimal. The Bose brand did not disappoint! It is also super compact and easily portable. Very glad I took the chance on this speaker.

At first I purchased one Flex; the sound was absolutely outstanding throughout the range of each song and classical piece that I tested. All of the selections I tested were well known to me since I had played them on many playback devices over the decades. True to Bose reputation for sound and quality I wasn't disappointed one bit!! Then it occurred to me that sound this fantastic could be greatly improved by real stereophonic sound, so I decided to purchase a second Flex. That was the best decision I had made since the inception of stereophonic sound in 1957, that I had bought into in 1959! Stereophonic sound in music was the single most outstanding thing that ever happened to home entertainment (too bad younger people never experienced that transition) as stereo sound in high fidelity was the most stunning sound I had ever heard up to that point! Ever! Now, thanks to Bose we have a new benchmark for high quality sound and stereo sound! I don't think that Bose can-out-do what they have accomplished with the SoundLink Flex! But, I won't take bets on that since they have been setting benchmarks for decades! So, if you have been sitting on a fence to decide a buy-in your wait should be over! Happy listening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family love these little speakers. They are made compact in order to be portable yet the sound coming from them is impressive. We tend to use them outdoors at games and the beach and although there is a lot of background noise since we are outdoors the sound quality is not impacted. This is our second Bose speaker and we cannot say anything bad about either. So far they have been reliable and have exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

Sounds great. Capable of good volume with musical clarity. Bluetooth connection is quite aggressive once established. If you have two devices connected you have to pause play on the active device to switch sources. The form factor is quite reasonable - ie not too big, and the weight is fair , not too heavy to drag around.

Hey my name is Demetrio And I’m huge fan from Bose audio and technology but I just purchased the new soundlink flex I was so excited to to hear that amazing sounds that Bose company provides in all the speakers well this time I’m a little disappointed coz before to purchase the speaker I read the specs and one of them was the battery takes up to 12 hours of playing So the problem I have been having with mines is I charge it 100% and I play my music in high volume and in couple hours drops to 70 or 60 % battery life so now I don’t know what to do Coz I love the sound Quality but not so happy with the battery live
