Plastic

This is the worst Chorizo we have ever purchased. We purchased two of these so four packs and they are tough and smell like plastic when cooking. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Very disappointed that sams club stopped selling the other brand of Chorizo.

Tastes so good!

This is some of the best Chorizo I have had. It has great flavor. We make chicken and chorizo street tacos a lot at home. I hope they never stop carrying this brand.
