Cooling effect is great. No issues. The bed sleeps like a Dream!

The medium mattress feels like a hard mattress. My husband says it sleeps well, but it took me several days to adjust to the fiirmness.

Mattress felt firmer at first but has softened up and become very very comfortable in a few months. It is supportive which I needed for back and hip pain.

I no longer wake up with any back pain. I’m also a hot sleeper and this mattress is very cooling. It does sit pretty high up, but I might get rid of my bed frame. I love the thickness of the mattress and the firmness it has, not too soft and not too hard. My husband and I have been sleeping so well with the mattress. It is queen so it fitted well on our room. I love the pillow top, yet it is firm when lying down on it. The nicely design of the handles on the sides will make it easy to turn. The edges are strong when you sit on the side to get in and out of bed. I love the depth of the mattress too. Making it comfortable to get in and out of without sagging down too low. I love this mattress and have sleep good since I have had it....
