[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to see the delivery company come with my new BeautyRest Harmony Lux (Anchor Island firm) Queen mattress! As soon as they left I decided to take a short nap to try it out. Six hours later I woke up amazed at how well I slept. So much for a “short” nap, I ended up just sleeping! My back felt wonderful. Now I look forward to sleeping because I KNOW I’m getting into a quality mattress that gives me the full support I need. I have always known BeautyRest is a reputable company for providing quality mattresses made to last. This mattress has all the features that I need to ensure my body gets proper rest. There are several layers to this mattress. The first is a lush sleep surface made with 60 plastic bottles diverted from the ocean. I’m proud to say my mattress is Earth friendly! I applaud BeautyRest for their role in helping to clean our oceans! The second layer has cooling comfort and uses a technology called InfiniCool Lux. My body runs hot so I’m extremely uncomfortable unless it’s cool. This second layer has surface cooling fibers and plant based technology. The third layer is what supports my back. This layer has contouring pressure relief. It’s made with premium memory foam. The last layer offerers full support for my entire body. It has 40% more support coils than the other Harmony models. I can say I have full support from the combination of layers within my mattress. Every night I have a restful and uninterrupted sleep. In the morning I wake up refreshed and ready to go!

The mattress pockets are deep and you definitely need to purchase the right sheets to fit. Since switching to the harmony mattress my back feels so much better and I feel more rested when waking up in the morning! I definitely recommend this mattress for anyone to sleep on!

I bought this mattress in the winter of 2023. It is now August 2024 and there are noticeable dips in the mattress where we lie and essentially a hill in the middle of the bed. We are average sized people. I’m 5’4 135 lbs and husband is 5’10 around 160. Some folks like the bed to form around them, so if you do, this is great. I myself prefer a mattress that retains its shape.

I slept like I use to before kids which I didn’t think was possible. Seriously, it just relaxed every fiber in me and I slept like a baby.

It has very soft material its like your sleeping on clouds i have enjoyed every single night sleeping on my mattress!!! I will definitely be buying another one for my other rooms!!

Several years ago I bought a Beautyrest firm pillowtop and it remains the best mattress I have ever owned. The pillowtop gives 2-3" and envelopes you and the firm keeps you from sagging. Brilliant. My new Harmony Lux Coral is listed as firm pillowtop and in no way resembles the other mattress. It is just firm. The pillowtop gives maybe 1/2", it's so little I can barely measure it. And with that hardness comes concentration of weight, whereas the other mattress gets rid of pressure points by spreading your weight along your entire body. I don't think the mattress is defective in any way. I just think the description of it is completely false. When I lie on it it feels like a plywood box with half an inch of padding. It's THAT firm. Maybe if I hire a team of 10 year olds to jump on it for a week....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Beautyrest Mattress several weeks ago but wanted to wait until I had slept on it for a while to comment. The mattress arrived in pristine condition, well wrapped in a sealed plastic bag. After opening the packaging, I placed it in an encasement (to keep it fresh and clean). The mattress sits on a metal platform securely supported with crossbeams approximately every 5 inches. The first thing I noticed was that the sides were firm when sitting on the edge. Many mattresses are soft on the edge but this one is much stiffer. I found the mattress comfortable to lay on and it is also comfortable sitting up with my back on the headboard. I am a side and stomach sleeper, and I slept very well on this mattress regardless of my position. There was sufficient support when I lay on my side so that my back was not too curved, no excess dips and curves. When on my stomach, the support was firm enough to keep my back from swaying. I also noticed that it does not transfer movement when someone sits or lays on the opposite side. Overall, I found the mattress to be just what I needed. One additional note, a good pillow may make the difference between how well you sleep and the comfort of the mattress. I have been very pleased with this mattress so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Beautyrest Harmony Lux plush queen size mattress is heavenly. The plush pillow top is amazing. So soft and supportive. I no longer wake up with any back pain. I’m also a hot sleeper and this mattress is very cooling. It does sit pretty high up, but I might get rid of my bed frame. I am in heaven, I’d stay in bed all day if I could. I have been getting much better rest thanks to this amazing mattress. I feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Note, hubby & I are plus size people. Hes a stomach & side sleeper. I am a side/stomach sleeper. I hug the edge when I go down for the night. I have very good support under our mattress, but I can see our edges wearing down faster where I hug the edge to sleep and where we roll out of bed. It's been 10 solid nights of sleep & I dont think we should be experiencing this already. However, I do find this mattress really comfortable and my husband loves the support he has even as a big guy. We got a firm mattress as we do like a firm setting. This feels a little less firm and more medium-firm. Would I buy this type again? Probably not. Am I happy we got this? Yes, it is comfortable and we wake up refreshed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free mattress to try out and review. I chose the BeautyRest Harmony Lux Firm. The mattress is definitely firm, too much for my liking. It took over 2 weeks to break it in. My partner and I both have aching bones from old age and arthritis. We did not enjoy the mattress the first week because of the firmness, but after 3 weeks we have adapted to it. I wish it had a thicker quilted top which would help with pressure points. The layers of memory foam work well for sleeping on your back, but not for me, who normally sleeps on my side. Both of us are plus size people and the memory foam is starting to give where we sleep. I give it 3 stars for the firmness, 2 stars for the hard memory foam and low amount of quilting.
