They're perfect for overnight leaks and provide great protection thanks to the large U-shaped pad in the front and back. The fabric is soft and comfortable on my skin, and they come in a convenient size range that fits me perfectly.  Plus, the color is pretty and goes well with anything I wear, from jeans and slacks to skirts. The easy-tear sides are a nice added touch for discreet disposal. They fix just right. When you are wearing them under your clothes you can't even tell that is adult underwear. They fix and looks like regular underwear. They keep you dry at all times at night and I just live them. I will be buying them for now own!

These are designed to absorb quickly, so when you stand up and have a rush of fluid coming out the pads absorb it all completely. These expand around the waist to fit correctly. They also sit higher on the waist so they stay put and don't move no matter what you are doing. Wonderful product.

They were as comfortable as real underwear and they gave me confidence to attend affairs and run errands without fear of not making it to the ladies room on time. My mother uses Depends and another form of bladder leakage protection.She was nervous about trying these new Depends because they have a smaller pad in them compared to the original ones. She was pleased with how well they kept her dry and did not leak. She also liked the look and feel that is more like underwear than the previous ones. She stated they feel more like underwear than a diaper and provided all the protection she needed for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend these new Silhouette Depends.

I wouldn't remember I was wearing the underwear until I would go to the bathroom, the fit was very comfortable, the choice of a dark and light color were a great option, the weight of the product was very comfortable, I would definitely buy these and recommend them to my friends.
