I actually put them on and they were a bit big so maybe not exactly the right size. I really liked having two colors based on what you were wearing. This is especially nice in the summer time when wearing some lighter clothes. The pants were a very soft fabric and the absorbent pad area was ample. If this was something I needed to wear, it seems like a very good option.

I have been wearing the Depend Brand Underwear for women since 2014. Those items were bulky and uncomfortable to wear. Held in body heat and made you want to get them off ASAP. THE SILHOUTTE BRIEF IS SO MUCH MORE COMFTORABLE. THE FIBRE OF THE PANTY IS NOT OVERWHELMING AND SEEMS BREATHABLE. THE PAD DOES NOT WAD UP AND THE BRIEF CANNOT BE SEEN THROUGH YOUR CLOTHING. THE HEIGHT OF THE GARMENT IS PERFECT AND DOES NOT ROLL OVER. THE ONLY WEAKNESS IS THE FABRIC ABOVE THE LEGS TEARS WHEN PULLING THEM UP. I WOULD SAY A DEFINATE IMPROVEMENT AND I WILL LOOK FORWARD TO PURCHASING THIS STYLE OF BRIEF SOON AGAIN.

Also, they are comfortable; no stabbing, pinching, grabbing or loosening throughout the fit cycle. I did experience slight incontinence while wearing these, but I also did my own "test" of putting a lot of water in them and the absorbency was above average. Any woman should feel confident with this product, a product that understands a women's unique needs. Highly recommend this product to anyone who has medium to moderate incontinence. It is comfortable, you can feel confident, and worry less about accidents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried so many different brands and styles before but couldnt really find one that suited me all that well. The closest ones to these is the always discreet but they still can feel a little bulky when wearing. As for these they fit just right, feel comfortable when wearing and they feel more like regular underwear and absorb well. I was skeptical about trying these because I have tried the regular depends before and wasnt happy. Too bulky, thick and just uncomfortable, but these ones are great!
