For an 88 year old woman, the modern rise just doesn't work. Please provide both for both older women who are use to wearing their underwear at the waist AND younger women who like to wear their underwear below the waist. At the stores the briefs that fit at the waist sold out while the modern rise are just sitting there on the shelves. I am so disappointed and now need to look for another brand that offers max briefs that sit AT THE WAIST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with these Depends Silhouette incontinence underware. So far I've only worn pads for my leakage so this was very new to me. Well I'm blown away now, cause these are actually more comfortable. I love how they stay in place and don't bunch up like my pads were doing. They absorb really well, keep you dry and feeling cool cause there very breathable. They definitely dont look or feel like a diaper which I love. They also have something called skinguard which helps prevent skin irritation. My final test was trying them on with leggings. I was shocked that you couldn't tell I was wearing depends. Depends have definitely come along way and I'm here for it. I definitely recommend these and will be purchasing more.

I have not tried this brand, style before, but can tell just by handling them that they are better quality and will be more comfortable and less "diaper like". I'm currently pregnant now and plan to use these as soon as I have my baby. I will update my review then as well, but I can already tell that these are going to be the ones I use in the future. I plan to buy another pack as my due date gets closer. I recommend these over other brands for comfort and quality and wish I used them for previous post partum issues I had which each birth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in my late 60's and have seen many woman in my family dealing with the problems bladder leakage, they either started wearing very thick heavy pads and loose clothes to baby diapers as panty liners. I even limited the amount of liquids intake so that I wouldn't have a full bladder or heavy leakage. I have brought other companies products but they are either very baggy, gives you lump or bumps, leak around the legs or never fit right so you end up wearing tighter underclothes to hold them in place. I recived my free sample of silhouette briefs and what a difference, I felt comforable!!! I could wear my regular jeans without those lumps and bumps or the need for tighter panties to keep the sihouette briefs in place. The product does fill like regular panties and I could walk and move without worry of leakage I even wear the briefs to bed without the worry of leakage. I will never buy any other product, I wish that they came in a larger package like the other depend products. Depend Silhouette briefs is a great product!!

The color and texture keep them discreet and do not show them as an obvious incontinence product. In addition, other brands can catch on clothes or snag, or end up really uncomfortable, shifted or pulling on overnight use. The Depends Silhouette Briefs did not wiggle, move, or shift and they were comfortable and silky to wear, almost like regular, non incontinence panties. The texture is an obvious difference and could offer someone who has to wear them all the time rather than for specific times (like overnight) a lot more comfort than other brands and a lot less possibility of sores due to rubbing in prolonged use as has occurred with other brands, even with proper care.

There are so many things I have avoided doing in the past because I was afraid of having an embarrassing accident. I was afraid of long drives or flights, so travel was curtailed.
