Pluses: soft, comfy (you don’t feel them on the body), comfy when you walking and doing your routine Minus if you will look at regular pads they have extra protection under on the bottom and it makes leaking almost impossible. Because the material is soft on the bottom under pads makes more chance to get leak.

After searching high and low for a product that would handle my overactive bladder without leaking, I tried Silhouette. They are the first that I have found that hold my entire bladder content without leaking. And they are more like a panty than anything else out there. They fit and don't bulge or chafe.

There are so many things I have avoided doing in the past because I was afraid of having an embarrassing accident. I was afraid of long drives or flights, so travel was curtailed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, I truly Loved this product. I was hesitant at first, as I have never wore a brief before, always pads. i sure LOVEd the Freedom this provided! It didnt makes any swooshing sounds as you wore it. I liked the nice waistband, was thick and stayed in place It didnt shift on me. I liked the absorbency, and the odor control. This product is fabulous!! I liked the color too, and it didnt show through my pants. I thought it would be bulky, but it wasnt. I would defintley recommend this product and will continue to use it!!

It was very easy to tell when I wore stretch pants that I was wearing essentially a diaper. I thought they wpuld be much thinner and I will not b wearing these again. It was extremely embarrassing when I noticed a group if teenagers Makin fun of the top of them sticking out of the top of my pants. I just will not wear these again. The pads are just fine.

These really could be great but the fact that they don't have bigger sizes is a bummer I'm pregnant and bladder control is something I just don't have unfortunately. I got the Large/XL and they don't fit they are a bit too small if there was a XXL it would be so nice such a bummer to find ones that are soft and comfy and are great hold but too small is a bummer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok well when I first received my package I was excited..I love the fit ( perfect) size medium and the beautiful colors. They don't feel like anything but regular underwear...but now for the use it is intended for . Well was kinda dissapointed. If you have serious bladder leaks than is not for you ..once you have an accidental leaking it unfortunately gets real heavy and feel uncomfortable also it still messed up the bed some..so I would recommend another extra option . But if you just have light leaks I definitely would recommend!!
