She liked that it was comfortable, she had no leaks, and did not have to worry about the pad moving around while she sleeps. If it holds blood well, I’m sure it would work great for its intended function too.

I love the feel of these underwear! I had to start wearing protective underwear about 6 1/2 years ago because of an unfortunate partial spinal cord injury at the age of 33. I felt super uncomfortable having to wear them at what I felt was a younger age. The brands I've tried made me feel uncomfortable and like everyone knew and could definitely tell I was wearing them. With these specific Depend Silhouette brand, I feel more confident and comfortable without looking like I have on protective underwear. I love the fact that they come in black and literally just found out yesterday they come in other fun colors! They are protective enough, for me, with my experience the last few weeks I've worn them. However, I have a few issues. The first issue is they wear low waisted and I would prefer them to be higher up to prevent rolling down. The next issue is availability. The capacity, size and color combination I need is not available anywhere that I'm able to find, which is disheartening! I would like to see more availability, even if online, for me to get because I'm loving these but just can't find them!!

I'm a large woman. I tried the xl Silhouette briefs. They were on the snug side but they were a lot nicer and worked better than any other brand of briefs that I have tried. There are a lot of large women with bladder problems out there that would rather where a brief instead of a pad. When you are on the large size pads do not always work as well. You can have leaks from the front or the back of the pad where the bladder leakage squeezes out. Please think about the larger women of the world. It was nice to wear something close to a pantie that kept me and my clothes dry.

For an 88 year old woman, the modern rise just doesn't work. Please provide both for both older women who are use to wearing their underwear at the waist AND younger women who like to wear their underwear below the waist. At the stores the briefs that fit at the waist sold out while the modern rise are just sitting there on the shelves. I am so disappointed and now need to look for another brand that offers max briefs that sit AT THE WAIST.

I wanted to try a sample of the Silhouette Briefs for Women Maximum s/m because of heavy monthly periods. Oh my gosha! Well, for the past 2 days Friday and Saturday 6/21 and 6/22/2012 I wore them and they were sooooooooo comfortable, and yes indeed there were no leaks. I use them for 2days replacing UNCOMFORTABLE PADS. Ladies guest what no leaking, comfortable, no problem sleeping, and last longer than the average pads. Yes I am satified and will use them monthly.
