I have been wearing the Depend Brand Underwear for women since 2014. Those items were bulky and uncomfortable to wear. Held in body heat and made you want to get them off ASAP. THE SILHOUTTE BRIEF IS SO MUCH MORE COMFTORABLE. THE FIBRE OF THE PANTY IS NOT OVERWHELMING AND SEEMS BREATHABLE. THE PAD DOES NOT WAD UP AND THE BRIEF CANNOT BE SEEN THROUGH YOUR CLOTHING. THE HEIGHT OF THE GARMENT IS PERFECT AND DOES NOT ROLL OVER. THE ONLY WEAKNESS IS THE FABRIC ABOVE THE LEGS TEARS WHEN PULLING THEM UP. I WOULD SAY A DEFINATE IMPROVEMENT AND I WILL LOOK FORWARD TO PURCHASING THIS STYLE OF BRIEF SOON AGAIN.

The colored ones don't seem to fit as nice as the regular Silhouttes. sometimes it is hard to find the XL

I got xl without realizing they were for the weight they were but once tried on they fit pretty well. The pad is just a bit thicker than I'd prefer and I think the fabric used would be very noticeable that they aren't actual underwear.

They seriously feel like underwear when you wear them and nobody could see it underneath your clothes which is amazing and they're also great at holding liquids including when you have your period. I also really love these because just like I said I could use these for bladder leaks but I could also use them for when I'm on my period so there's a lot of uses and they also look great too! I love all the colors and choices that you get.

I can confidently wear these under clingy and tight clothing without fear of bunching, which has been a problem in the past with other bladder leak underwear that I have tried in the past. I also like the full front and rear coverage length of the pad, and the rapid absorption and odor control. I will definately look for these in stores and compare prices with competitors. The cost of bladder leak underwear has been the only deterant in my regular use/ purchase of them because pads are still much more affordable for me. I may, however buy them for use intermittently with regular pads , depending on the cost

I absolutely love the colors and they fit just like wearing a pairs of panties. These Depends you can wear 24 hours a day and no one could tell the difference. They most certainly keep their shape and you don't have to worry about leakage. My only regret was not getting a bigger box of Depends.
