I got these for my mother -in- law she has lost alot of weight and being of a small frame ( now 98 lbs.) anyways padding matters! She loves them! She has to get the xl for a deformed hip. She just love the fit, thank you!

I am disappointed at how they do not absorb. My clothes always feel damp with the least amount of urine. I'm constantly changing. I will not purchase again.

As far as the product working, it does that. I do actually like the fit. However, what I HATE is that everyone can tell I am wearing one. At 50 yrs old I certainly don't want to be wearing a diaper much less having everyone else know I am.
