They're perfect for overnight leaks and provide great protection thanks to the large U-shaped pad in the front and back. The fabric is soft and comfortable on my skin, and they come in a convenient size range that fits me perfectly.  Plus, the color is pretty and goes well with anything I wear, from jeans and slacks to skirts. The easy-tear sides are a nice added touch for discreet disposal. Overall, I'm super impressed with these underwear and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking comfortable and reliable leak protection.  Thank you.

For comfort and fit I would recommend the Silhouette for Women, for protection I can't say enough; I sit for long periods of time in my wheelchair and this product does not leak even with the pressure, so my seat stays dry and clean. Thanks
