They honestly feel like you're wearing panties!! They're not bulky, nor are they aggravating. I have not encountered any leaks or odors while using them either. I have been using Silhouette Briefs for a little over a year, nearly every day. I bought a bag of the 'New Design" briefs yesterday and I do NOT like the modern rise. The former ones came up a little higher on my waist and I really preferred them. Are they still available?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I am going to a special event, I sometimes have an accident when I laugh or hit a bump on the road while driving or when someone else is driving. When this happens, I wonder if the wetness went through my underwear to my clothes or if the spot could be seen. Then I worry about the smell and how long it will be before I can change. This is really stressful! When I am home, I can change my clothes but this is really inconvenient. These Silhouette Depends are perfect for wearing any time! Even when I am at home doing regular things, I can be confident that I will stay dry and stay comfortable. When I am out, I not only feel confident, I don’t feel conscientious that someone might notice bulk under my clothes or feel like they may cut into my skin and hurt. Yes, these are pretty perfect, and I think they will be a staple in many women’s homes. They are great for wearing and great to carry in a purse very discreetly.

But at every bathroom break it rips a little more I am so upset I thought I really liked the product. Plus I am a plus size lady and the L/XL isn't really that big it rubbed the inside of one of my legs and made it hurt. .

I have always used the thicker pad because I thought they could hold more. I am totally happy with this pad and will start using them. If you're looking for a comfortable, thin, and a pad that doesn't leak ...I recommend this one!

These tear really, really easily. I think I got a bad box because they tore vertically all the way down the side on almost every pair in the box. Prior to that the issue was having them tear horizontally across the back. There needs to be more stretch in the legs because the fabric cuts into the groin area if I am sitting for extended periods. I don't want the legs to be bigger, just provide more stretch and softness so they do not cut into the skin. I'm a diabetic female and have to be very careful with injuries that may be slow to heal. The only other problem I have is that at the end of the day, even if I have not had any leakage, they are not very breathable and make you sweat which causes an offensive odor when you pull them down to use the bathroom. Maybe some type of deodorizer made into the fabric would help with this. Overall I like their absorbency and they even hold that sudden gush when getting out of the bed in the morning.

Comfort: it has a level of comfort that I didn't think was possible with absorbent undergarments. The material is incredibly soft against the skin, and the elastic waistband provides a comfortable and secure fit without feeling restrictive. I appreciated how it gently hugged my body without leaving any marks or discomfort, even after wearing it for extended periods. However, I did notice that in hot and humid conditions, the material could feel slightly less breathable. Fit: The fit is generally good, offering a secure and discreet feel under clothing. Absorbency: absorbency capabilities are impressive, keeping moisture away and providing reliable protection against leaks. Discreetness: While it does excel for the most part, the leg openings could be slightly more contoured to prevent visible lines under tighter clothing, particularly for those with larger thighs or hips.

I have always had to use the horid super absorbancy feminine products to stay dry at night, but the aftermath of giving birth last winter was unreal. It came as no surprise to me when feminine napkins were found to be insufficient since that was always the case before. Since I delivered naturually the other type of feminine hygiene product was not an option, and that last thing an exhausted new Mom wants to do is spend an hour every day scrubbing out stains. Half delierous I drove up to the pharmacy to see if they had some sort over industrial strength napkin. While walking through the store I passed the aisle with the Depends. It was kind of like one of those chessy commercials where you can hear a chorus in the background while the product glows. Then I thought surely not if Depends worked for this who in their right mind would ever use the super absorbancy non napkin type of femine product? I decided to go ahead and try it anyway, it worked without agrevating my extremely sore hips and I am never buying another detestable Tampax product again!
